I'll stick with my setup. Picked up an old Yukon for cheap, took the back seats out of it, built a platform with about $50 worth of wood, made some window covers, now I'm able to stealth camp absolutely anywhere.
I love the concept of a rooftop tent. However coma pause…. It’s rare that I’m not coming back to the same place. Most likely I’m going to be coming back to a base camp location and the idea of packing up camp entirely just to go on my daily excursion is ridiculous. If I’m changing to a different place every single day then that’s a different story. Another thing is if I’m at a location and need to make a milk run then packing up just to run to town is out of the question. I’m looking for an off-road teardrop that won’t break the bank. Otherwise it’s a tent & maybe a cot.
Sleeping in a rooftop tent is like living in a house but sleeping on the roof. Rooftop tents offer no stealth and no protection. A wise man would sleep inside the vehicle to be protected from the elements and predators, and maintain stealth.
Chrysler Dodge and Jeep the most unreliable car brand there is have you done anything to prevent any mechanical or electrical failures? I've seen people drive off the lot and entire electrical fails out within 2 weeks. Also have you removed the government tracking software?
My budget camping consists of a Ranger diamond and a bivy sack. Can be had for under 125.00 for tarp, bivy, 550 cord and stakes.
Where do I get the personal loan for the $250,000 I'd need?
FCS will soon advertise payday loan options so you can afford their products and lifestyle.
I understand that California is considering $150k loans for first-time buyers!?!

Just build a camping and outdoor UA-cam channel to 1M subscribers. Your sponsors will give you the gear for free.
Just go build something. Start a business. Be productive. You’re probably lazy and just clock in and clock out like a robot.
Bench seat in my obs ford. Nothing will ever change my mind.
This is more like The Fieldcraft Luxury channel actually 😅
Im upgrading from my 1949 willys jeep truck to a 2.5ton M35A2 6x6 for overlanding. Plenty of space & its multi fuel diesel. Onboard winches & crane.

Looks similar to my Alu-cab canopy camper. I love having the ability to stay out if we only plained for the day.
Very nice set up sir!
Sweet build!
All pretty standard for a lot of blokes in Australia
Do you have a spare or do your prefer to run patch kits?
Nice Jeep JT
Sick jeep. How much is in your 401(k)?…
That IS his 401k
I wonder if he reinforced the frame so it doesn't bend with off-road use. What parts did he use if he did.

I’ve done my time in the bush for 7 years, I pay for hotels now. But thanks anyway.
