Thanks for making the video. Love hearing other ideas and tricks. I appreciate your matter-of-fact style. How about a video with details from the moment you arrive at camp to going to sleep? A 2nd video of your morning routine, every step. A 3rd maybe about dealing with days of rain and setting up camp wet. Just a few ideas. ☮️❤️🤝
I subscribed. I like your tips. I love my gossamer gear pad. I use it to sit, lay down, stretch, put my stuff on, put it under my feet when I’m sitting up in the tent, under my pad if I want, to elevate my head sometimes under my mattress. New to my gear and grown to love are the Shocz headphones. They don’t go directly IN your ear which I love, last all day with a charge and you can still hear your surroundings. I need a distraction on the sucky parts.
This might be just my paranoia, but when I use EVA foam as a sit pad during the day, I never bring it inside my tent. I don't want to risk bringing any spikey things it might have picked up underneath my sleeping pad 🙈
Haha that is such a valid concern!! I know I’ve also been concerned about that too. I usually just double check and take a second to wipe it off before putting it under my pad. Thank you for your comment and thanks for watching!! 🙏🙏
awesome video! I'd love to see a video about your standard backpacking kit (tent, sleep system, backpack, etc.). it would be great to hear your thoughts on why you use the things that you have!

I hiked the AT and all your picks are spot on, keep the vids coming
Heck yeah!! Glad you liked it :). I’m planning on hiking the AT hopefully in the next couple of years! Any gear you recommend trying??
Well done and unique insights, thanks
Hey thank you!!
great video, brother. the most value we extract from these types of videos is new ideas to our own use cases and journeys.
Glad you enjoyed it!! I hope it gives you some ideas :)
That mosquito in the beginning is distracting me. 😂 Nice vid tho!

Top video
"You can do whatever you need to do on a good night's sleep."
Memory foam pillow is far superior
That what I’ve heard
