In 2021 after I graduated from college I was not quite sure what direction I was heading in next. There was a lot of uncertainty, indecision, and fear. Amidst all of that, I decided it was time to take a step back from school, work, and the usual pace of life. I moved up north to Alaska and worked at a fly fishing lodge for a couple of months, traveled abroad in Panama, and then I decided to walk 2,650 miles along the Pacific Crest Trail (PCT) in 2022. That is how this channel was started.
Inspired by several other creators, I decided to try and document my own thru-hike, which was easier said than done. Now I am working on developing this channel to showcase more of my trips to not only keep me inspired, but hopefully inspire some others as well. Thanks for stopping by and I hope you all find inspiration in the places that are meaningful and special to you.

This video details a section of the trail near deep creek hot springs. We passed the 300 mile mark, soaked in the hot springs, and spent time with my family and some of my closest family friends! I want to thank my family and the Steigerwalts for making this part of the trail such an amazing memory for me. I didn't film much while I was there because I wanted to be present in the moment. Oh, an...
PCT 2022 Thru-Hike: Episode 6 - Escaping the cold and getting tricked.

This video details a short little section where I met up briefly with a new group of awesome hikers. We decided to bail off of the trail briefly due to a freak snow storm and spend sometime in Big Bear, CA. Then I got tricked by Jess, but that helped me put away 20 miles that I might not have otherwise done and ended up sleeping in a horse corral. Enjoy!

Hi everyone! I put together another video. This video details a section of the PCT from a very dry section of the trail where we had a twenty mile water carry. I had really bad foot pain during this section and the thought of quitting crossed my mind frequently. I didn't quit and I began to learn at this point on the trail (around 200 miles in) that you have to take everything one step at a tim...

Pacific Crest Trail 2022 Announcement!!

Pacific Crest Trail 2022 Announcement!!
Online it says you can only camp at tarns. It seems this is what you did. Why is this? Do you need a permit to camp at the tarns?
Do you need permits prior for the lakes? Or is it like ALW where they are self issue at trailhead?
Great question! You don’t need any permits for this hike. Just sign in at the trail register. Thanks for asking!
Where did you get your walk up permit from and what time of the day did you arrive at the ranger station?
We went to the ranger station in Glacier! Got there around 11 am
Thank you for sharing. I'm going to get up there soon, only been as far as Hannegan Peak. Copper Lake looks amazing!
Yeah for sure! It’s amazing!
Awesome video with some amazing shots!!! But instant ramen tuna is a crime 😭
Haha it gets the job done though!
Oh man the Sierras are so beautiful, love all these shots!
Glad you like them! ❤️
On a $400 pack, they should be ready to work with you from the get go. As for the restocking fee, maybe that's why their packs break. Are they seriously gonna restock a broken pack?
That’s what I think 🤔
You saved that guy's life by calling in SAR. I get so many emotions watching the scenery, listening to the creeks, and seeing on top of Whitney! Good job!
❤. It is a beautiful place and I am happy we were able to help him.
the helicopter segment was wild! and you're crazy for the Whitney sunrise summit!
Haha we thought it was worth it 😂
Yes!
Love seeing this.
❤
