    Always great content but is the soil on the farms still have the enriched soil.

    Peel kabocha squash. Cut in cubes. Put in vitamin mix blender or good quality blender. Blend raw squash with water and drink often. It will improve memory.
    Do acupressure to our head and hands, fingers. We will sleep better.

    Unsweetened Ribena - good, great, bad or neutral for health generally and brain health in particular? I'd guess it's great for anthocyanins but the loss of fibre is a bit problematic.

      I don't know, as I don't drink it, but just check it doesn't contain artificial sweeteners. They're bad for health!
