is this power supply good for Asrock rx 7800 xt phantom and a ryzen 7 7700x? because the GPU says ''800 watts recommended'' while my friend says im good with 750 watts. if you could let me know it would be nice! :)

Really up to you and your build. Do you ever see yourself wanting a little extra headroom for future upgrades? If so then the g700 but 650w MWE v2 is a great PSU!

Actually you should go for a minimum Corsair 850 gold. For 70-80-90 rtx, spend wisely on PSU.
