Let's have some fun and express our opinions. These are my opinions and could be wrong. I am trying to have fun, joke around, and not be too serious. I understand this update is good and bad for many in the KDM fan base.

Thanks for keeping up this coverage. I haven't been able to play for a few months, but always neat to see new stuff for when I have a chance to get back. It stands out to me that Killenium level 2 loses Berserker entirely. It gets a basic action from Scorn, and I see what they are going for with how the basic action can build tokens. Still, it feels a bit like Killenium might end up being easier to control than the standard Butcher from drawing a more normal number of AI cards.
I have yet to fight it, but you are likely correct.

How well do the card backs match up with existing butcher cards? The new trap could be pretty problematic if they're seriously different
The new trap is totally obvious, yes. I forgot to mention it. I will make a post.
That's pretty expected (going off flower knight cards from GC) but still disappointing.
Do they match with the GC colours at least?

KDM doesn't do any color matching. I'm not sure if it's because of different factories, or they just don't get final proofs and do comparisons, or it's just cheaper, but it's always been an issue since 1.3 - I don't love it, but there's enough going on that it never seems to matter too much.

So, I can have 6 cards in the hit location deck left, draw the trap then discard the last 5 HL cards but then shuffle the trap in with all the other previously discarded HL cards? I just feel like they would mean to have just the trap left in that situation.
