By the way, if I ended up sounding very sluggish it's because it has been a rough week. My intention was to post a video in which I convert and paint a couple of models but I runned out of time and I decided to record something quick and easier, without a script, in order to to talk about something that affects the majority of us. But anyway, I hope you enjoy the video and also let me know what are your hopes and wishes for this new edition, I'm very curious!
Dude don’t sweat it I’m going through the same thing with my current project! Thought it would be a day tops but it has turned into a week!! I hope for the same things as you man the rules of all armies should be free with the codexes being optional and mostly focused on the hobby and lore!
@@ProxyHammer1 thanks Proxy! It's not easy to be consistent with posting content here on UA-cam while also keeping on going with all the other projects, hopefully I'll do something more interesting for the next videos. Can't wait to see your next one coming out!

Strategies are going to be 6 per detachment, and 1 detachment per army. That's a lot better. I also want alternating activations, but can't see it happening.
Nailed it, i would just add as an ork player, morale needs sorted, my boys aint gonna leg it of the battlefield if a couple of em die they will pull back to cover or go run to a bigger ork for help or go join the other ladz over there and get to krumping what they krumping.
Good point my friend, I have heard that the morale phase will be changed in order to be less crippling but yet still important to some extent, but we'll have to see
First,unless you’re playing tournaments try out you alternate ideas .as long as your opponent agrees it’s your game.the Gw police will not come to your door.second,I am a space marine fan and even I think they could skip releases for them for the next couple of years and devote that time to xenos factions.they say marines sell the most but if they gave the other factions the same amount of love maybe that would change.good vid as always my friend

Would it really break 40K if one would start using the Bolt Action activation system?
Well, with the actual state of the rules, yes. I would like the system to be reworked in a way that makes the turn sequence more dynamic and strategically entertaining, something that with the actual "I GO - YOU GO" formula doesn't really work well in my humble opinion.
@@CoryCollects I can see an advantage with an I GO-YOU GO system with no interaction with the opponent in a tournament setting as you then can use chess clocks. Outside of that the turns just need to be reasonably fast. Maybe go by phases where one player does all his movement then the other player does the same. That though opens another can of worms though.
@ I don't know about chess clock, it might be a good solution but in my experience, when we used one in a bloodbowl match, it wasn't an enjoyable experience to be honest. We'll see!
i will continue to say "GW is the reason I don't play GW games". the IGYG game turn is broken. they need to figure out a turn sequence with considered simultaneous actions/activations. i won't touch the IGYG rules for any reason!
