I bought that truck in February 2021. It's had some more work done to it since then but it's still running great. I need to replace a headlight bulb though and I think I need to remove the bumper in order to get the headlights out so that's not gonna be fun. So weird to see my actual truck in a video from a couple years before I bought it.
I’m glad ARB finally released a bumper for the 14+ Tundras. I like that it sits up higher on the front end and doesn’t utilize the factory bumper location like a lot of aftermarket bumpers do. The factory Tundra bumper location sits too low on the 14+ trucks (I have a ‘14 Crewmax). I’m thinking about buying one in the near future. Fyi Those aren’t rock sliders. Those are just step bars. Those things wouldn’t hold up for one second dropping a 6k lb truck on a rock. True rock sliders would be steel tubing (my white knuckle sliders are .120 wall DOM tubing) and bolted or welded straight to the frame. ... Never understood why someone would spend the extra money on a TRD pro then put a silly drop bracket lift on it. Should have just bought an SR5 and saved the money.
Dam you arb. I bought my tundra in 2014 and waited a year before I bought my replacement bumper to hold out for everyone to build their bumpers for this truck. Arb waited till now in 2018 to release their bumper. I ended up with a fab fours premium bumper which isn't bad but I definitely dont have that clearance or thought built into mine. Plus I probably paid more. Guess I should've waited till 2018 to buy one lol
how many inches...does this add to the over-all length of the vehicle? I have a 2008 Tundra and want the ARB bull bar bumper, but it needs to still fit in my garage.
Hey nice rig! Which lisence plate mount is that? Is it the "ARB Flip Up License Plate Kit - 3500630" ? There are zero reviews for this product that I am sure are for the product bumper combo that I need. And if so did it require drilling?

Are you able to remove the grill and corner facial (to change headlights) while keeping the ARB bumper on?
No comment on the rear airbags?

My 2010 has an ARB. If it’s a Toyota, ARB is all over it.
DID THE FRONT VISION X LIGHTS COME WITH THE BUMPER?

Problem with the sway bars: locked, meaning no articulation off road.
how hard was the install? any cutting?
Looks like a lot of fun...
You lost me when you said you don’t know what material it is…..
I’m curious if that bumper will cause any issues with the Toyota Safety sense in the newer models. Anyone know from experience?
They don't.
Looks good; now I want one too!
Those aren't rock sliders, they are just steps.
step bars, not rock sliders. Unless those steps are break away ;)
Where are you located
Was this a bolt on or weld install?
Its bolt on
That's not a crumple zone. Lol. It's a jack point
Are you going to check the cause of the puddles under the front end?
I spilled from the car before
That's why you have speedy dry or a mop.
Unfortunately this guy has no clue about trucks, not sure why he made a vid of one.
Agreed. Crumble spot. Bahahha
I never understood why people would put a lift kit on a Family Truckster
Stick to your prius. You wouldn't know.
It's don't believe you yanks don't run bullbars on your trucks
