10 CC Variations To Elevate Your Footwork Game

- So you want to expand your footwork arsenal. You want to increase your footwork dictionary. You want to be fresher on the floor.
One way to elevate your footwork game? Variations.
Here are 10 simple CC variations that you can go test out, drill and eventually make them easy to do... As if these footwork steps were second nature. No longer do your sets need to look repetitive or monotonous.
HOMEWORK LEVEL 1: Within 1 month, master 3 variations of the CC and incorporate it into 1 set. Record yourself doing it. Refine from there.
HOMEWORK LEVEL 2: With 3 months, weave in and out of the 3 CC variations (e.g. ABC, BCA, CAB). Record yourself doing it. Refine your form from there, and see if you can do it to the music.

Travelling CCs when moving forwards seems very natural to me. Can't say the same for when I'm moving backwards though.

What does CC stand for? Is it an acronym?
Hooked cc knee to calf is real CC. Everything else is just kick out variations. CC was used for doing commandos in battles. Crazy Commandos....that's what CC stands for
