- Another clip from my Cutting Room gig a couple weeks ago. I hope you enjoy it ❤️ thanks to Natasha for capturing this. @gibsonguitar @thecuttingroomnyc6681
The dynamics of the solo; the way you tell a story and take the listener on a ride. That’s up there with the best.
I'm not sure there's a heaven but if there is, B.B. is looking down at you Kirk, grinnin, like a mule eatin' briers.
Grinning in good company. Standing shoulder to shoulder…
Heaven is real and Jesus loves us.😊 I love the Blues and Kirk always deliver. I was fortunate to go to two BB King concerts and a special memory for me was getting to personally meet with BB King, after my friend and I worked our way through the crowd, up to the stage at the end of his performance at Parkers Ballroom in Seattle around 1989. As I was congratulating him, he extended his hand and we shook hands. He then reached into his pocket and gave me one of his little BB King souvenir pins. I keep it in a small framed wall case in my music room.😊
@@NeverGiveUp30 Great story, thanks.
@LexLuthier1 - Welcome!
So nice, so nice. Heir apparent to this brand of the blues tradition. A blues giant!
I rewatch this once a week or so! This is a years worth of practice t nail all these different bends. His lick bag runneth over!!!
It’s crazy, you can actually hear the soulful voice in the playing… like it’s a gospel singer.
Now that man can play the blues! Wow!
Oh good lord! I feel it criminal to be able to hear that solo for free!
In my humble opinion, Kirk has always been a very underrated Blues guitarist!
Kirk, you’re one of the guys that actually listened. I hear your influences. Long live the blues!
Kirk has it all. Touch, tone timing and phrasing. Phenomenal player..
Imo KF is one of the most proficient, expressive blues men of our time.
Brother, I have to tell you I’ve stumbled upon you not too long ago and you have steadily and quickly rose into the ranks of one of my incredibly favorite, blues guitarist. I absolutely love watching you perform and I would kill to actually sit there and jam with you you are absolutely outstanding. Thank you for sharing, your videos and your incredible playing your awesome
Wishing you a speedy recovery❤
Mr. Fletcher, you are so full of sweet tones. Man can you play. Thank for posting.
For once I can comment under a live show and say I was there! Damn this recording is clean but he absolutely killed it that night. Unforgettable night!
Dear Krik san,
great “B.B ”& your own slow blues!.👏👍😎
Thanks Kirk! Beautiful. Your bends and vibrato are some of the best.
Damnnnn! 🔥Someone has the blues! 💙 Kirk, your feel and tone are so good. ❤🤘🎸
bravooooooooo
In a word…….Glorious.
I saw a clip of Mr. Fletcher and Jd Simo they need to cut an album together. This is great as always!!
Now that’s the blues brother ❤ happy and sad and everything else.
Most incredible blues guitarist out there, love your charisma and energy.
Very smooth
This is Mr Blues 🎼👌
Now that's how you play the Blues, Ladies and Gentlemen!! I love the slow blues and this was done so superbly! Thanks Kirk! I also loved Felicia's rhythm guitar backing! 😃🎸
He is a wizard of the guitar...
Mate I could listen to you all day! You and the band sound amazing!
😍 Beautiful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Jesus what a player ❤❤
Incredible. Sounds beautiful.
The organist reminded me of some of John Mayalls live solos.
Absolutely bursting with feel and soul
I have no words. Thank you for this Mr. Fletcher.
Thanks keeping the blues alive man. ✌
Man, this is some GREAT stuff. Nothing like some smoky bar room slow blues. I call this "late night" blues. There is something about the smooth voice of an ES-335. Throw in a real B3, you have an unbeatable combination! What a great venue! What a great band!
That intro was so smooth. Thanks for sharing this healing beautiful vibe. I just what I needed this morning. I've seen you live several times. One of them was way way back up in the bay area, it could have been at the boom boom room. And it might have been with Jr. Watson. Cannot remember much after all this time, but it was great music.
Absolutely brilliant playing!
Lord have mercy!
Perfect tone, I don't know how you get it! ❤ 👍 👍 👍 ❤
There’sna video on his channel on guitars, pedals and amps. You can buy those but the tones come from the heart
Goodness. Goodness. So good.
They call it bluesy Monday
But Tuesday's just as blue...
BRAVO!!! BRAVO!!!
That is just delicious!
The master at work. Brilliant.
Made me holla!!!!!!!
Your phrasing always amazes me
Beautiful! ❤
It's wonderful! Thank you!
such a warm tone you got going sounds good brother
Hell yea Kirk!!! Wheeew
great playing, great sound 🤩
The best alive
Have mercy, Got me some blues bro. Divorce,… tear in my eye, Guitar=in my hand. Hope you don’t mind if I swap a lick……… Thank you for some Salvation brother Kirk.
Nice Gibson!
Surely she came back after all that! And if she didn't, I will!
Oh, fantastic, Kirk! 😃
That is really good.
BB hears you!
Sounding great! Cheers Kirk!!
Hi Mr TFB
@@Gaslight.Guitar Howdy Marco!
It's not what you play, it's how you play it.
🙏🙏
Andy Hess on Bass!
Nothing beats a good old ES345 with a ripped out varitone. 🙃
Hi Great
Much smoother than joe bonamassa in my opinion 😊
It's like BB King and more
He went into some Albert King as he was building dynamic and it went perfect
Has lesson videos on truefire
Kirk a BMF y’all.
long hair :)
Ain't No Way want lyrics
After hearing this. Im thinking Bonomasa is over rated
