WARNING I AM NOT A DOCTOR. but i just heard a very lengthy audio from an Iranian medic who had dealt with covid patients in the city of Qom (the first place hit with covid19 in Iran with significance death toll). The medic went through a list of screening procedures, symptoms, diagnosis (he said chest CT scan was the most reliable method in Iran to diagnose covid19) criteria for hospitalizing patients or sending them in home quarantine and the medicine they were using to treat the disease and general guidelines. one thing he definitely emphasized as a sign of recovery in severe covid19 cases was a sudden return of appetite. I want this to be verified by you if possible.

What if we quarantined just those over 60, those in a nursing home, and others with chronic diseases. Would this not free up the majority of the workforce to return to their jobs? .
Question: If someone comes in with chest pains, has a heart attack and dies, but the reason why the heart attack happen was because that person had heart issues in the past and was sick from covid-19. The Covid-19 virus was to much for his body to overcome.. Do you put on death certificate patient died of a heart attack do to junk food and smoking? Or do you add the covid-19 that cause the heart attack which killed the patient?
This comment would be better suited for politicians, not healthcare workers, they barely have any for themselves while actively treating the sick. I support your idea, it's just directed at the wrong people.
