I saw these guys in concert n they were the bomb. They were so down to earth n so easy to get along with. I made some really alsome friends. We kicked back with them after the show n had a nice time.

if these guys could have gotten their heads out of all of the drugs and alcohol they might have done something, ive never met guys that were so convinced they were rock stars and had no idea of the amount of work ahead of them. they acted like gods, so arrogant, so in love with themselves, so drunk and so high. to this day, each one of them still think they are stars. except dereck, last we know he pawned a guitar for drugs and was found dead in a apartment building hallway.
@Steve Jones ive been on the road many times and for too long. you loose all sense of day and night up or down. its just be up to play and socialize and try to sleep when the bus is moving, but you cant, so it starts with help sleeping, it always does. then youre so groggy from passing out that you cant look good for the radio spot or whatever youre scheduled for in the time before you play so just a little something to wake you up. before you know it there is no clock, just wake up pills and shut down pills. then the recreational stuff starts because youre dead inside and you just want to feel something. by then, its got you.
@Steve Jones everybody sees this stuff, ive just been around. i got out back in the late 80s. too many friends fucked up and dying. and managers just doing anything to keep the show and money coming in.
@Steve Jones Phil is a weird cat. Extremely confrontational. But in a ball busting kind of way. I've seen him tell media. I will talk to you after you fight me. He didn't mean it but it scares the shit out of people.
