I am Eric van den Arend.
I founded Praclox Software in 1992. Financially it was very successful. But making money is not my goal in life.
In 2004 I stepped out of my company to help others in need.
I went to Philippines in 2009 to help the children and set up Letsshare.tv, which cost me 2.5.million euro .
A bizarre chain of events made that I lost all I had in Europe.
For two years I lived like a beggar, but I managed to survive and slowly improve my situation.
Recently I got the news that I have a big stone in both kidneys. They have to be operated, or else I will die.
Very simple: I don’t have the money for that. So I start my own crowd funding here.
I need 12.500 euro for operation on both kidneys.
If you can miss a little bit, pls help me.
Even one euro helps.

I'm 24 years old and believe it or not, nobody introduced me to Cheech and Chong. I found this my own one day, because I really like watching '70s movies. I saw this movie by myself just a couple years ago at home and it had me absolutely rolling laughing! 🤣😂 I'm now a die-hard Cheech and Chong fan! I have watched all of their old movies, listened to their music, watched their live performances, and I know most of their funny bits and comedy skits. 😆
Smoke a joint and watch them, they're even funnier stoned. 😂
DAVE'S NOT HERE! U found that late but at least u found it! 😂

Dude, that's amazing!... That's almost like a college education as far as I'm concerned !!!
My brother and I still have our big bamboo albums with the papers sealed because our dad told us they'd be worth something someday. And he gave us two so we could use the papers. Now they are priceless and not for sale. Thanks for teaching us the difference between use and abuse, RIP Daddy-o
Cool !! I traded mine for a four finger lid back in the day!!
My cousin rolled up one he and my aunt said they couldn't finish it in a night.
My papers were used up in a few days. Your dad was a wise man.
I remember watching this on regular TV. My dad, a minister, let us kids watch it. He was sitting in his chair, reading his bible (as he normally did), while we were watching it. Then the part came up when he says 'I think we're parked' and my dad just busted up laughing. Here we were not knowing he was paying attention and he's full on belly laughing. A fond memory!
That’s a beautiful memory bro

People were passing joints in the theater.
Not no more I reckon.
Got my Big Bambu rolling paper as well.
I have that album with the paper myself 😂. My dad introduced these guys to me in my teen year's.
Yep at the drive in 😂😅
we did the same thing i remember once it was billed with the hippie movie Zachariah.
Yes and remember how we would get the tobacco outta a kool cigarette without breaking the paper roll while leaving the filter attach and put weed in the paper twist it at the bottom boy we had a pack of kool cigarettes lol
No, maybe not indoors, but pot is legal in many states now, which is more than an even trade-off.
Thank you for the much needed memory. I'm 69 and still pee my pants because of the humor and life lived in those times.

Right there with you! Old hippies never die, they just go up in smoke! F ck man, can you believe the freakin’ state legalized this sh t and is making money off it now? We had to wait over 50 years but they got some sh t that puts maui wowee to shame now!
I was 16 years old when Cheech & Chong up in smoke came out, I saw it in the theater with friends...It was the midnight theater, and back then and you could smoke in the theater...Me and my friends thought no one would ever know where pot smoke was coming from if we lite a joint, because the whole place was filled with smoke.. We were super smart back then... So we sat in the middle of the theater and smoked a joint watching this movie, and got away with it...What can I say it was the 70's... A great time to be alive!!!
True story...
I was working as a projectionist at a movie theatre playing "Up in Smoke". The smoke was so thick that you could see the projector beams lighting up the smoke. I was feeling a bit woozy after the movie from the secondhand smoke.
Absolutely,,
Saw this at the drive in when I was 13 with my dad and little brothers. “You keep a knockin but you can’t come in”😂
Funniest scene in history!!
I was 14 and snuck into the theater to watch this the first time. Everyone in the theater was toking up, even the owner of the theater.
Damn those were the good old days!!!
Those were the good ole days. High times!
Me over here wondering where you live😂
This is still hilarious after all these years 🤣😆😂😅
46 years old and I'm still laughing my ass off. I was 13 and a month later I saw them live at the municipal auditorium in New Orleans.😊
14 yr old.. 1994.... stoned and giggles watching this with friends. Zero regrets spent my school life enjoying myself rather than doing homework
Spent my school life studying. Life wasn't so great back then, but it's pretty great now. No regrets.

My favorite scene is when they’re parked on the grassy median, car filled with smoke & a cop walks up. The whole exchange with the cop was comedic gold!
Old school comedy, these two where the best of there time.
My mom and dad took me to the movies to see this. The entire theater was full of smoke. Let's just say everyone was mellow when they left.
I watched this in the 80's with my dad who was 1,000,000% anti drugs. In my entire life I never saw him laugh as hard as he did during this exact scene.
The good old time, I lived it. ❤😂😂😂
He was antidrug as a father not as a person :) bet he smoked joints with his wife all along without u ever knowing :)
Most people who are anti-drugs used to be different as teens/to young adults.. like me.. I wouldn't ever condone anyone to smoke or drink or take pills.. but boy is it funny to look back and react to life and how it was.. wouldn't ever want to go back.. but boy those days where crazy.. that's almost every ex-potheads story 😂
😂Ah, blast from the past!! 70's kid here, our mom took us to see this at the local drive-in movie when we were too young to get it or care, just loved seeing her laugh out loud so hard, it was a great memory!💖
Miss drive in theaters.
We used to bring in all kinds of food and drinks and sit on lawn chairs.
I can still remember seeing this at the Drive-In.
"My license? Oh, oh yeah its on the back of the car!" 😂😂😂
I just retired as a Police Sergeant after 36 years. Up In Smoke is the greatest movie ever made! I've watched it 50+ times and pretty much have it memorized from start to finish! 💯
Are u Sargent Sandanko?
"His name is Raaaalph, man" kills me every time I watch this movie.
Gets me too
Dave's not here.
I started with a Cheech and Chong LP of this movie when I was 14 yrs old, because it was banned from the cinema initially. Later with the introduction of VHS I was able to watch it in full. I was 18 yrs old then and my father watched it. He was born in 1940 and I had never heard him laugh so hard. He would then harass the Video Store every time a new movie was released. I'm sure they thought he was on one long acid trip. He's 84 yrs old now and I just sent this to him for a trip down memory lane. If you didn’t grow up in the 60's and 70's, you missed the best time to be alive.
I don't remember us ever having a cheech n chong album but we did have a couple of 8 track tapes of them that we listened to in the car.
@@Oldfashionedmawmaw If it was on 8 track, it was on vinyl. If you consult Dr. Google it's probably a collectors item now.
Just as funny as when I watched it at the theater 45 years ago! 👍🏼
LOL! I saw this movie when it came out back in the 70's. We went to a drive-in. This is the funniest movie of all time! Every time they lit up a joint in the movie we did too so it was like we were smoking with them. Those were the good 'ol days. I just watched this about a month ago and died laughing the whole time! I also like their albums too! "Dave's Not Here" and "Earache My Eye" are two of my favorites. I also met Cheech and Chong in front of a liquor store in Newport Beach, Ca. where I grew up. They pulled up in a stretch limousine. Then, many years later when I was down in Dana Point, Ca. I saw Cheech. I had just parked down at the harbor and he came walking in front of my car. I froze! He almost did too! He looked at me like he was saying, "Oh geez this lady is going to ask me for my autograph." I just looked at him with a smile and gave him a thumbs up then he smiled and did the same. Then he casually kept walking by. A moment I will never forget. 😁😁
Wait, did we go together? We did the same thing. We was rolling.
Haha! Were you the one who tried to help me steal the drive-in speaker? 🤣🤣 Not one of my finer moments. 😳😳🙄🙄
Were you all the dudes that rode in the drive-in in my cousins Buick LeSabre
Ha! That was me! I was the only Abominable Bumble there. 😁😁
I can remember listening to their albums before they did movies!! Awesome stuff 🤣🤣🤣🤣😎💨💨
My sister and I would borrow the albums from the older neighbor guy (he 19 us 16)
Soo hilarious....

Freaking classic!! Still funny as hell after all these years!!
Thanks for posting this! I think that even if somebody isn't a fan of Cheech & Chong, they gotta find this whole scene hilarious -- a solid comedy classic. Extra fun for me, as I used to have a '64 Impala just like that one.
I grew up watching Cheech and Chong and living through the 70's and they will always leave you laughing!
I'm 58 and was like 13yo when I first saw them. A great comedy duo.

@@Chicken_Wing91 lol yea
@@Chicken_Wing91 most people smoked it 😂
Been there, done that!! Went to public high school in the suburbs in the lane 1970's. Used to park the car and have smoke outs. We just fired up joints and bongs until the car got so smokey, the first one who couldn't take any more and had to bail out was the loser and had to buy the munchies!! Black, red, blond hash, and just about any type of weed you wanted. That and the drinking age was 18 back then. Blow didn't show up until the early 1980's and that added a whole new twist to the party scene. Gave all of that up when I found out that I was going to be a parent. Found out taking care of a baby and a toddler was a crazy high in and of itself!!
I graduated high school in 1973. When you parked in the senior lot, the more smoke billowing from your car the cooler you were. I missed 10 days of school that year only because I couldn't get stoned before class.
Same age. Wild times. I married & started my family in 1982. Thank God. Lol
I also went to high school in the late 70s. The drinking age was 18 but almost nobody waited that long.
@@richardwilliams3625 I graduated in '74 & was about the same. We'd open the car door after work break & clouds would just come billowing out. We'd get high & speeding & to go places like Six Flags & Silver Dollar City & ride the rides. Redbud was $45/ounce, Gold was $60/ounce & Mexican was $20.
@@SoFloCo-ne4rk lol. I was in clubs at 16. If you looked 18, doormen didn't care. Different days.

This is just as funny as the first time I saw it, a lifetime ago. An American GI, stationed in The Netherlands and just got back from Nam introduced it to me. Guess he needed some laughter at that moment in time.... I was just stunned and blown away because it was so hilarious. "Mostly Maui Wowie... but it got some Labrador in it" that cracks me up again every time...

40 years later from when I first saw Up in Smoke and I still laugh hilariously when I see thes two doing their thing. much funner and "mellower" times.
I'm an early millennial, the first time I saw this scene I was in tears and couldn't breath from laughing. This is potentially the funniest movie scene ever IMHO.
First saw this in the Navy in a San Diego Drive-In. Had to go back the next night, to be able to remember it. I lived in Topanga Canyon in the '70s so, the SoCal beaches were my stomping grounds.
Cheech reaction to the quarter pounder was perfect. This scene showed his great acting skills
This just makes me want to watch it again, right now.
I was 18 when Cheech and Chong, UP IN SMOKE was released. Wow, time flys. Grew up in the North Bay California1960s the foothills of Mount Tamalpais back in the heyday of Hippie's, flower power, communes, psychedelics, free love, anti-war rallies, miniskirts, and some of the best rock ever.
When I was living in Prague, during the summer of 1995, on a student exchange trip with the Prague Technical University, I had a Bulgarian friend who learnt to speak English by watching Cheech & Chong films. He looked and sounded like Cheech Marin He was a great laugh.

Reminds me of a thing that happened a long time ago. A friend of mine said he was going to come visit. But he never made it to my place. He was totally wasted and parked in a ditch because he started early that day. I had to come get him and drive the car the rest of the way. And I didn't even have a driver's license at the time, haha.
Good cut, but I think the jar of urine scene from Their Next Movie was the best.
Thanks now I gotta try and find my DVD to watch his movie! When I was a young kid my neighbor had a Cheech and Chong album that belonged to his older cousin who was a biker, this was the first time that I ever heard of them! Inside the album cover was a giant rolling paper. I'm 67 and still enjoy watching Cheech and Chong, the funny shit ever!
I was a 19-year-old airman when this came out in '78 and saw it at the Myrtle Beach AFB base theater. It was standing room only! Right after the movie we went out the main gate and across Hwy. 17 to the State Park and fired up, as we did almost daily. Simple life. Where's my Frisbee?
We're using your Frisbee as a tray to clean pot. We'll get it to you in a few minutes.
Did same at Ft. Riley Kansas, 1979. Sneaking to the old Rock Quarry at Lunch everyday with my Spanish friends. 😆 🤣 😊
