Not a wallpaper fan but the use of it in this place is stellar, in fact the decorating is primo in these houses. Love a side load garage, hate to see gaping holes in the front of a house.

Just Wow! Ok whose else is seriously in love with that kitchen sink facing the living space and those STUNNING windows!! You can be cleaning up and still visiting with family or just looking out at the beautiful world. This home belongs on an acreage overlooking the ocean or a lake . Mind you this is easily a 500k home here where I live so if you can afford that then you can afford the waterside property to put it in haha 😄. The only change I would make is take out the first closet in that stunning master bath and open it up on the bedroom side for a sitting room.

lovely floor plan ,specially the master bathroom and walk in closet were too good
Closets with wire racks again, that isn’t a craftsman feature at all. It’s a nice home but I think it needs to have a lot of upgrades. The kitchen setup is nice having a more separate area from most plans although I like a kitchen window in my kitchen. You’re right about it not being craftsman, the brick would never be used as a backsplash and I would be interested in what the interior doors would look like. It’s more of a modern style with that fireplace. I like a soaker tub in the master bath more than two closets, but in my house I have both. Thanks for the tour Timothy
I don’t care for white brick and ceiling fixtures in kitchen but very attractive house. Like the size of the bedrooms.

i like this one better than the olivia even tho no tub in the master bedroom i will take it ,remove one of the 2 closets for a jetted soaking tub,its beautiful
just a small pet peeve/suggestion. the madison and olivia and some other series are stunning and extravagant. they have that 'money is no object' vibe. therefore, every floor that has a bedroom and bathroom SHOULD have it's own washer and dryer. any lovely staircase will lose it's appeal very quickly if i have to carry clothing, bedding and towels up and down stairs. heck, maybe other people just LOVE all that exersize ,but i can't be the only one who notices this. lovely tour, though. i do enjoy the random hit of wall paper. do you ever like to look at your earlier tours and realize how much your skills have improved? camera, narration, editing and production, VERY professional in a relatively short period of time
These Schumacher Homes are simply beautiful. Question about decor. Was that wallpaper or a mural behind the bed in that first guest bedroom? Very cool decor and color in this house. Do they have single story plans less that 2000 square feet? Really nice tour, Timothy!
Need a pantry door...hate that wallpaper in the utility room. Loved the master bedroom...master bath is gorgeous but missing a tub and the shower looked too plain for that beautiful room! Nice master closets...beautiful kitchen!

When you're in those nice homes.. You should do a quick shot of construction of the face of the drawers, such as if it is dovetailed joints and the mechanicals.

I don't care for the "hallway" behind the stairs. That could be a storage closet for the flex room. At the very least add large drawer storage in that hall under the stair landing, otherwise, good usable space is going to waste. Otherwise, it's a nice house. I like the layout because it is a smaller version of the Olivia.

Beautiful home. Love the brick, the wallpaper the colors. I one thing that sticks out like a sore thumb is the lack of closet doors! None on the closets, pantry, mudroom, water closet in master bathroom, did I miss any?
Hey Lori That’s just because they don’t put the doors on in the models. They would have them in an actual home. It just allows for easier perusing

Textured ceilings, wire rack shelves, no "slopp" in the laundry?! Thought this was a custom high end home.
Beautiful home, but honestly the shower in the master bath is very underwhelming. Small and looks 'basic' (low-grade). Seems some of that closet space could have been tweaked into a bigger walk-in and the existing shower used as an auxiliary closet. As a guy, it would be big enough for me, but the other closet is big enough for two people if configured a bit differently.
By far my dream home. Pricing?

Just a note. The sliding doors inside of the walls are called "Pocket Doors." Not sliders or inside doors, as you both refer to them as being. You both are doing a good job with your videos and narratives you are giving as you describe them.

@@shaunstrasser1 well that for one is most garages are not built to fit a full sized crew cab pickup truck those are enormous and not the usual demensions a garage is built for so not a surprise and if your home was designed to have laundry in another place including the garage it wouldn't be a problem because it was designed that way. The problem is when the design is that you go through the kitchen and or dining area.
This home is fantastic until it gets to the master bath and the dinky shower and no bath. All that wasted space.
There are no doors in the bathroom. For as big as the house is there should be more bedrooms and baths. I like the way the kitchen is open to the LR and DR. Makes a great space for entertaining. To clean this house you would have to be able to climb or be able to be able to afford help to keep clean. The Master Suite Bathroom is not very well laid out and looks cheap. All in all, I'd give this house a 3 out of 10. In other words, I wouldn't waste my money it.
Schumacher model homes don't have doors for flow and showing purposes
That fireplace is a complete fail and disappointed in this since its SUPPOSED to be The Craftsman well thatfireplace look never existed in the craftsman period. Should have been a traditional style with the same stone or brick that is on throutside.and carried that all the way up.
