This one feels like home. No razzmatazz. Nothing too fancy. It's just pretty and comfy. I like that it has plenty of storage. The layout seems simple enough. Nice porch. I would definitely add a 2nd living space downstairs. Along with at least one extra bedroom and bath. I'm not someone who cares about wire shelves. I have wood shelves and they warp over time. The rods end up falling off. Also, if you're in a humid climate, you want shelves that breath to protect your things.
This house doesn't give me a ,"Wow!! Look at that!", feeling. It is somewhere I could see my family gathering and relaxing. Big win, IMO.

This one is very cozy! My favorite thing about this home is all of the master suite, the open concept living area, and the basement. I'd put a couple bedrooms down there and have an open rec/media area. This one is a winner, and with respect to the other home-showcasers, you're now my favorite out of the ten I subscribe to! What a beautiful home. The outside is as lovely as the inside. I love the kitchen it’s perfect. Love the two porches. My favorite thing is the wood burning fireplace. The furnishings are wonderful for the style of home! Wow wow wow home!

That is my kind of pantry!!! Lots and lots of room for various different diets. Lots of storage everywhere and more than one closet that can be used for coats. I would change that soaking tub out for a walk in tub. My husband and I are seniors, so that would be our option. The office area would be my husband's hobby area. The basement would be my hobby, desk/office, dance area.Yeah, I have aches and pains like most people my age, but I find that dance helps with my equilibrium, keeping me more balanced and less off kilter.
I love this house! I could move in and not change a thing!

This is the one!! I have been looking and looking for a floor plan that I would be happy with and I think I have found it. The square footage is right and everything else is there too.
Nice layout. I would change the fireplace front stone which is very old fashioned, get rid of the carpeting and the vinyl flooring, put in real hardwood with area rugs. And the bathrooms need real tile showers. I know the builders are trying to save money, but just a few important upgrades would make this house perfect.

Oh my gosh! I love it! The master bath and closet are perfect. The kids closets are big enough to stick the dressers in to make more room in the bedroom. The basement is awesome. The pantry is awesome. The laundry room is a dream. You could def add a sink in there or a dog wash AND a freezer. I like a kitchen nook plus a dining room, but I could live with this one. (We need the office) I’d just need to have a double oven instead of the single. That is so doable. Wondering about the attic space. There’s a window up above the front door. I’m guessing there might be pull down stairs. (I wish they’d use the old house concept and have a door and stairs to the attic space.)

Wish you would shown the garage area. See what type of room is in there for like freezer are for big families. Love the home . Few thing I’d change that would fit my family better . Great floor plan.

I would remove the wire racks in the utility room on one side to put in a deep sink and a stand up freezer
Oh no, wire racks in the closets, my pet peeve. This home is on the low end being that the bath/shower doesn’t have a tile surround. I’m not a fan of the way the flex room is set up, I would prefer a door on the back wall. I’m over the open concept floor plans , I just think that you would have to have your kitchen immaculate at all times and when you fry food the grease and odors will fill the whole room and get into your furniture. I do like these big basements though however I don’t think we can have them in northeast Texas our ground is to solid. Funny that this is a farmhouse exterior but it’s not really farmhouse style inside. Thanks Timothy see you in the next home tour, and try to find one with wooden custom shelves in the closets that laundry room looked like they spent $25 on it and it was really tacky.
Hi Chuck and/or Max (I don’t know who actually does the commenting lol anyway… yeah the wooden shelves in the models are so hard to find. I think in all the homes I’ve toured palm harbor and Diyanni are the only ones that have had wooden shelves. It’s odd considering everything else in most of the homes are upgraded to the max. But the search shall continue maybe these Florida folks will do it up right 😊 take care

Amazing home. good for a person who has a lot of linen to store. basement can be great place for a recording studio. Short focal length make the rooms look bigger. property is next to a highway. Hope is that people driving by are sober.... otherwise, they will be sharing your bedrooms with you.

Very nice home and had a beautiful fireplace in it with a great looking mantle. I agree I liked that muted green on the kitchen island. Only saw one base cabinet by the pantry door I would want the drawers opposite from how this was and of course choose something other than white. Very nice that the laundry room was in a position that at least the laundry didnt have to go through or across any part of the actual kitchen and liked the dining room. The other bedrooms and bath area very nice I might like a window above the tub/shower in the guest bath and put a window on the side wall of the master water closet. Add more cabinets to some rooms and change to solid shelves throughout. But for most part the home would stay the same. I love that covered porch in back and the front porch is great. Can you tell me do these homes have to be built with a basement? Or can you opt for no basement? And if the mechanicals & water heater are down there they could be put in the garage.

Beautiful house I am NOT a fan of Garages in the Front of the house and Tired of OPEN FLOOR PLANS...however..This one has THE BEST PANTRY I have seen so far. Still it is a Beautiful home. I would REALLY like to see some Stone/Brick houses.

I am i. love witb this home! If I were viewing it with a realtor there wouldn't be anything I dislike about it. If I were ro hace it custom I would opr ro not have carpet and would get a wood fireplace I think. but I LOVE. it! I comme ted in a different video that I don't like it when they ha e their offices in the home. I dint mond the way they have it set up with this one. We know what we need to about the garage ,( size, location, where the doors are etc) we dont need to see the inside. they all kinda look the same to me. Then the design center is in the basement. That allows us to see what it looks lime finished amd we can see options and image whatwe woumd do with the home. I like the location of thebasement stairs too. The layouy of this home is fantastic. I am one that likes an actual dining room but theway they have it in this home is good with me. I think I would use the flex room as an office like is shown here. 10/10

Am I the only one that doesn’t like the sink in the island of the kitchen? I’ve seen this on several of the homes you’ve shown, and I would think that this would be very unappetizing when people are eating in the kitchen. Maybe it’s just me, but when I’m preparing a meal I usually put the soiled bowls and so forth in the kitchen sink. So all I can see is the kitchen sink being full of dirty dishes while I’m sitting at the counter eating. Maybe I’m just not a very neat cook!
