I am torn if i want this, its amazing for its HP but i am not sure if i can make melodies with just one encoder - also it does not allow to record external cv which is a bummer.
You can quantize CV coming in as far as I know, so you wouldn't necessarily have to play melodies with the knob. I don't know about recording the input though, haven't tried that yet.
