I am a beginning crocheter, and I was able to figure this out well enough. People who can only follow instructions from English speaking crocheters will find plenty of content out there. For the rest of us, it is a wide, beautiful world.
This can be made with anything! I can see using a roving type yarn instead of the ribbon, or a heavier twine for stiffness. I have a ton of old CD's too!! Thanks for the idea.
Yeah, I call bullshit on that and “I sold them all in one day” unless they were being made for an order someone had placed. I hate lies and deception. Just be honest and stop bsing to get views. Thumbs down for bs.
Thumbs Up! I’m a beginner with crochet and found this video simple to follow. It looks very easy to customize the size and materials to meet my needs. And it’s so relaxing to watch. Thank you for your wordless format!
I have made baskets with cd's, it works great for small toiletries taking it back and forth to bathroom when it is shared space. The one thing it says single crochet, us terms the first one is a slip stitch all the way around which might be better, i did single crochet which worked just fine too but i imagine the slipstitch would be a tighter fit I also use a large round cardboard that is used for cakes in cake decorating and glued three together with holes cut in the center to make a large basket and made side handles which is great to hold washcloths and small towels for guests. as one idea.
Love it so easy to fallow! Just a few stops and rewinds and you got it! I see at the beginning of the video you did show what size of hook your using, plus this can be done with any kind of material we can use whatever our creativity tells us too as you have done a good job on showing how is done! Nice job love it!
would look really good with a lid as well for having in the bathroom to keep it looking neat and tidy..Really love this and I'm going to make some for my bathroom
The inner beige is a Big twist T-Shirt jersey super bulky yarn! It comes in many colors! What a great idea! I gotta go find some CDs!!! Lol 😆 This is so pretty! Thank you!
Some info on stitch counts and hook size would have been helpful, but on the whole, this is a nice video, especially for people whose learning style is primarily visual. Cute, useful project.
I wonder if I don’t have CD’s on hand maybe like a hard plastic from dollar tree to cut into circles and work it that way?! It’s a great idea for basket! Thank you for the video!!🩷👍🏼
It's cute. What would you use something like that for? I bet using a macrame cord to make one. You could probably make that to hold some small hanging plants. My son-in-law empties his pocket every night. This could hold his change, keys, and anything he needs to take with him daily.
When you said you made 50 in one day, were you working from midnight to midnight? Or an 8-hour work shift? Or an evening after work? I can't see making 50, considering it would take well over an hour to make a single one. Lovely design. Curious what pricing you gave it, when you use a CD in the construction of it.
I too have interest in embroidery apart from other Hobbies...... Macrame, Chocolates, gift wrapping, cooking.......😊😊New friend dear 🤗💖 Stay connected and blessed 😘😘
I love all your projects, they are really nice and look very easy to make. But I wish you would explain what you’re making, Hey what type of yarn you’re making out with and all the materials you’re using. You’re not really explaining anything. I’m just guessing you know what you’re doing and how you’re doing it by watching you. Anyway your projects are very nice
Looks nice, but 50 in one Day is bulshit! I do not understand why lot of UA-camrs always have to exaggerate in there titels. If it has your interest People wil watch👀 anyway
50 in one day? I don’t think so… even if you could make one in 15 minutes, that’s more that 12 hours non-stop. And if doesn’t matter how fast you crochet, it’s still going to take time. Probably closer to 30 min each.
I agree. I think it might be the raffia yarn that she is crocheting around. Not a long term lasting project. You would be better off using a rope/macrame cord it will hold its shape for ages.
Do you have your closed captions turned on? It comes up on the screen what to do with the stitches going around the disc and the stitches that follow in the round. I too don’t like when they do not answer the questions asked. After all, it is their followers asking them and it’s just bad form not to respond.
Different crafters across the board use the clickbait title: “I made 50 in one day and sold them all!” When are they going to realize that it’s OLD and WORN OUT to make that claim? To say nothing of FALSE! I still like to watch some of the craft ideas, so I’m not clicking on because of the clickbait title, but seriously! Can’t some of these crafters get a little more original-and HONEST?
This is a lie! Sn experienced crocheter could NOT make 50 in one day. You would not eat, sleep, or take care of normal body hygiene and still make 50!!😮😮
I m sure you can't make 50 in a day so please stop saying this it really annoys your viewers no one cares how many you make just give good content and more people will follow you
Would be most helpful if you gave info on supplies (hook size, yarn type, etc). Stitch notes are not clear. Why can’t you provide verbal description while you are doing the work? I like this idea but won’t save it or subscribe because it isn’t very informative.
@@noeraldinkabamas a matter of fact they are! All youtubers get paid by views, so the viewer is responsible for the paycheck in part, the rest is made from the viewer watching the ads run in the video!

Sad that this person figures we are mind readers and know exactly how many stitches to start with, sur they say what’s being done but the rest is up to you to figure out. . And it’s so funny that these people that go on here say they made x numbers if these and sold them all? Lol
Maybe if you'd watch it, you'd figure it out. It's not a difficult pattern or concept. Maybe they don't like their voice when recorded. Maybe English is not their first, or even second language. Maybe if you have nothing nice to say, you shouldn't keyboard warrior yourself out there. 🙄 Just wasted two minutes on you, and I'll never get it back. Have a nice day.

Thanks 🙏🥰❤️
Agree. It's easy enough to follow. I did have to mute the audio though. That music is too annoying. Lol
Oh man, I’m an American speaking VISUAL learner! Tell me words and paper…nothing sticks. Give me a demo..Close up like this? Perfect!
What are they crocheting over? The technique is simple, but is that raffia? Elastic? I mean in the body, not the disc bottom.
only thing i'm noticing so far is the first row is SL not sc. I'd wprk slightly dff, but this is great insperation. thank you

I'd love to see how you make 50 a day
😂
Especially with that beginning
It’s in the same genre as the ‘dessert in five minutes. ‘
😂😅😮😂

Love it thanks for sharing love easy patterns I can watch a movie while I crochet ❤❤
Nice easy project. I slowed down the video to catch up, but it was easy and good instructions. Thanks for sharing.

Excellent recycling idea. No more plastic CDs in the landfill!
I would recommend using a wooden disc with the hole in it vice the CD. Plastic will shatter.
Experience is needed. I understood this video easily.
I have not enough experience with crochet, but though I understood the video ❤❤
Helpful if you wrote in description materials used. Beautiful work though very clever!
Sort of looks like the beige yarn is that T-shirt yarn. It is very cut and looks fairly easy.
What size yarn is she using with such a small hook?
Lovely! Easy instructions! Thank you for sharing! ❤️
Very nice. Good creative idea.. Beautiful basket easy to follow.
Thanks dear❤
Perfect project for Premier Ribbon yarn!
This is really neat! It looks like something even I could do! Thanks for sharing!
Wonderful idea for having a firm knitting.
great project and very cute :) you should use 2 hooks and keep one at the top and another to pull the yarn through the hoop
Muchas "FELICIDADES" quedó precioso. Mil BENDICIONES 🙏♥️ por compartir
Your visual is spot on! That you for a lovely project. Very clever if you and love to recycle too.

Excellent !! Thank you very much for sharing, I Will be making it as I Love to do short projects. God bless you🌝👍✅😍
I know this will test my patience😂 but I am very much willing to try this beautiful and artistic pattern😊
Hermoso trabajo Dios bendiga sus manos
Neat and cute project! Thank you! ❤😊
Thank you so much 🥰
Super cool! Had no trouble following! You deserve every thumbs up!
Use two hooks to make the first part easier
Such a wonderful idea 😊
Beautiful job thanks 🙏 ❤
Can ANYONE tell me how many sc's around the CD? Should it be odd or even?
What kind of lace or ribbon you are using ?
You can use any type of tape yarn, I think lionbrand has a beautiful one that i use for hats, or t-shirt yarn, or a super bulky yarn, or even ribbon.
It looks like leather cord.

Should do double yarn or bulkier yarn to make it more sturdy
She said you could use t-shirt yarn.

Amitié de Suisse.
Could also use rattan from a yarn store to be more sturdy.
También se puede usar con una cinta que le dicen cola de ratón.
Thank you for sharing
What are you crocheting over? It looks like shoe laces.
This would look so neat to use glow in the dark yarn for!
Very easy to understand. Nice
Thank you so much 🤍
Getällt mir gut. Werde ich nachmachen
Best idea nicely done
Is it made from a cd yes
What is the beige coloured yarn called?? It is easily available everywhere??
Parabéns o seu trabalho muito lindo mesmo adorei
Thank you ❤❤❤❤
Brava!😊
Thanks 🤍🙏
Is that ribbon yarn you are using and how did you get the sides to go up?
A colorful ribbon would be great

Where did you find 50 CDs?
Good question
Would you consider sharing the written directions? Please?
what is the ribbon that you used?
Awesome 👌

Where do I find that metal disc 😂
It’s a blank cd disc. You can buy them in electronic stores
What is it?
È possibile sapere quanti metri di fettuccia hai usato??
Nice
What is that? A shoe lace, elastic, what??
Why the music, talk to ppl explain it ,
😂knitting is knitting and crochet is crochet. Like peas and carrots. Same but different.

Apparently 50 made and sold in one day. hmmmm. Not sure about that.
Unfortunately useless without description and details
I'm sorry you weren't able to understand. It seemed very easy to me, just by watching the video.
Lose the music and talk to us
I JUST DONATED 3 CASES OF CDRs. ahhhhhhhhhh :(
I gave this a thumbs down because of the lack of info in the description as well as not answering any of the questions.
