I know this is a video game but
1. What exactly did Toc Man do to enhance the Windbag besides putting a face on it? It clearly wanted Pac-Man dead before and seemed to be able to catch up with him/attack him.
2. How are a bunch of clowns in racecars going to stop Pac-Man?

I hated the new song when you battle windbag with the switches.
And also a fun fact: you probably noticed that there are some pac dots more upper when you're chased by Windbag and some that are on the bottom. Well, after he goes down to the other part of the stage, instead of following him to the checkpoint i suggest you backtrack. If that made any sense :)
