Viewers make me smile every time!
It’s a laugh when a driver knowingly does a lane dive in front of my cabover, then we come to a stoplight and I’ll bring my truck right up to their rear bumper. Then they’ll slowly try to creep forward to get away from me.

Hi Andreas 😎. I missed you and Pikachu. I am getting the hang of your roundabout. I went around ours a few times to master it scince they up graded it. People drive faster than they should but I take my time and let them go. I'm doing much better. Happy trails my friend. Hug Pikachu for me. 😊

Depends on state. Some states will still fine the trucker for NOT keeping a safe distance due to 'no fault' laws in place.

I have yet to master roundabouts. There are not too many here in Canada. The last time I used one I shot off on the wrong exit and missed a ferry ride by seconds. Keep the good work. Thanks for the tour of your country..

During my first six months as a Swedish taxi driver back in 2017, I learned a few lessons about driving that I hadn't thought about as a non professional driver.
1) The only idiot on the road I can control is the one in my own drivers seat, so to satisfy my own sense of self preservation, I have to create my own speed and distance margins to all the other idiot drivers so that all of us can do our own mistakes and misjudgements without involving eachother.
2) People in southern sweden drive as if it was dry, perfect road conditions during winter and sub-zero temperatures, and as in a destruction derby when the roads are nice and dry, especially when driving to and from work.
3) The smaller and curvier a countryside road is, the bigger is the truck, logging or farming vehicle that's coming the other way around the most inconvinient and visually obstructed section going to be, so no point in cutting corners.
4) Speeding is pointless, you only get stuck longer at the next obstruction and increase the risks of an accident or incident. When delayed, inform the dispatch and let the people who have the time, overview and, hopefully, the qualifications, to deal with such things fix it instead.
It's a world-wide problem nowadays. Some folks *buy* a license- they *can't* have passed a test.

Om man börjar mäta medelhastighet mellan fartkameror samt inför kontroll av periferiseende, reaktionshastighet och omvärldsmedvetenhet samt hälsokontroll som krav för varje körkortsförnyelse så skulle det säkert kunna kompensera en del.
Lägg sen till förslaget från räddingschefen i Sthlm om obligatoriskt alkolås samt fingeravtrycksläsare med kontroll mot körkortsregistret för att kunna starta bilen så kan det nog bli ännu färre farliga förare.
