Gilligan's Island - Gilligan's Coconut Cream Pie

The Skipper engages Mary Ann & Ginger to bring Gilligan a coconut cream pie to test his appetite after learning he may be dying from a deadly diseases in the episode "Gilligan Gets Bugged."

Mary Ann and Ginger are bawling like babies in this scene. It's like way back in the 1950s when Lucy and Ethel were doing the same thing on "I Love Lucy". They were a great female comedy team during that time. And so are Ginger and Mary Ann. I'm sure that's exactly how Dawn Wells and Tina Louise reacted in real life when Bob Denver and the other male cast members all passed away. Now Dawn Wells is gone. I can understand how Tina must feel. She's the only cast member from that show who's still alive. Rest peacefully, Dawn Wells. Take care and God bless you, Tina Louise.

Eggs = There are birds on that island.
Flour = Taro root flour, I have seen Taro on that island ( Elephant ears plants ) Taro flour is even gluten free lol.
Of course coconuts, both the milk and meat.
As for oil, hmm coconut oil, Yucca root probably grows on that Island too, since natives have visited there, this can substitute for corn starch.
If there is no wild sugar cane, honey can be used. to sweeten assuming there are bees, otherwise fruit juices can be boiled down to make a sweet syrup.
