Doesn’t sound silly at all. These are EXACTLY the type of people I promote. If I see someone who clearly doesn’t give a shit about handing a guest a dirty plate, it reflects when we are editing our schedule to eliminate hours overages. Do I schedule the guy who gives a shit…or the other guy?
