Hey man I own a small brick and mortar shop and have weekly rips and box breaks on new sets inSouth Africa. The community is love the jsp cards and English is expensive here but even with our exchange rate a box is very doable price wise . So in short we are getting after it here❤

@@RichPokePicks Yeah 151 is the exception, but the big 3's artwork is pretty average honestly. The alakazam and zapdos are the stars of that set. The set is missing a major chase! That zard isnt it.❌️
@@pokeflips_should have had a killer mewtwo card. They missed the mark with the promo mewtwo IMO, it’s cool but should have been a part of the set and the artwork could have been way better.
@@PolafTCG 100% agree with you, not including the mew and mewtwo in the set takes away from the set even more. The mewtwo shouldve been textured too in my opinion. Jap 151 did it right. But the Eng set is a bit of a flop in my opinion. The erika and giovanni cards are cool too though.
Awesome artwork ordered 2 boxes of stellar miracle. I've really been leaning more and more toward the japenese sets. But I'll also buy the english version of this set because we may have a sleeper in this one.

Im gonna buy 1 box of the new set and ill buy the cards to complete the set,i only count all exs and the ace spec,the sar it doesnt matter for me to complete the set ,i get the ones that ill open in packs
Man, the pull rates for English sets absolutely blow. Since 151 pulling a HR or SIR is getting harder, and basically since Temporal Forces is damn near impossible for the average person. I’m so tempted to start opening Japanese cards.. I completed the Japanese 151 base set and it was enjoyable.
My wife and i are the same way.... new set, we buy a Japanese booster box and then just buy singles after that our main goal is getting all the AR cards and whatever RR, SAR, Ace Spec and UR's that we can get lucky and pull... SAR are the cards everyone loves, never pull and can't afford
So are we getting a SIR Cinderace or not 😭 we need it !!
@datrell006 It will most be Lapras and Crispin for the last two most likely. They already included a Raboot as an art rare so I doubt they do anything beyond full art for Cinderace. Same thing for Galvantula, since there will be a joltik

ive been thinking abt buying a etb from this set, returning player since tag teams playing drag rn and i rlly like the normal type box deck that this set brings and i think that owl from the etb will be very strong and can probably use it for drag to bring it up in the meta but idk if the packs will be worth it, its only 8 so what do u think

It’s an okay set. I think the dragon set or team rocket will be star of the generation. (Aside from 151)
I think it is better than what we’ve been getting especially shrouded fable
