班兰西米糕 | Pandan Sago Cake
◆Ingredients材料◆
★ Green Layer 青色底层★
85g Rice Flour 粘米粉
50g Tapioca Flour 木薯粉
40g Mung Bean Starch 绿豆淀粉
120g Sugar 白砂糖
1 Tsp Salt 盐
1 Tsp Alkaline Water 碱水
300ml Pandan Juice 班兰汁
360ml Water 清水
★ White Layer 白色上层 ★
60g Sago 西米
*200ml Coconut Milk 椰奶
*80ml Water 清水
50g Rice Flour 粘米粉
20g Mung Bean Starch 绿豆淀粉
2 Tbsp Sugar 白砂糖
¼ Tsp Salt 盐
100ml Water 清水
15 Pandan Leaves 15 片班兰叶搅汁
