Yes we got the pre approve plans to add 4 and 5 bedrooms. My back yard is big enough to do that expansion and also have a 10x 20 pool, outside bar and gazebo.

I remember when these houses started at $15.3 mil. That price escalated pretty quickly. I think most people would prefer this to Industry Cove if they can pay the $8000 A month for maintenance.

I stayed here October 2022. Beautiful homes and the area is clean livable. I really enjoyed my stay in the home we booked on AirBnB.
