This gated community consists of two bedroom with two bathrooms (approx. 939 sq. ft). Amenities include a fully equipped gym, 24-hour gated security, a clubhouse, tennis court, multi-purpose court, kids playground and pool. A 20 minute drive to the west and you are in Negril with amazing white sand beaches and Lucea town is a few minutes away; while 20-30 minutes drive to the East and you are in Montego Bay with shopping, nightlife, banks etc along with the Sangster International Airport. Seems like a good development and community. Loving that owners can expand because those bedrooms are tiny. Thanks for the info. My reservation is always those pesky maintenance fees JA$8000 (approximately US$50) will just keep increasing each year. Thanks for sharing anyway, gives me something to think about going forward.

That specific rule doesn't cut it for me you should be able to fence up your yard and put on a gate. Whether it's a gated community or not, you can't always trust the people you're living in a community with and privacy is important. That's just my view on that rule.

I must say I watch a lot of videos coming from vloggers but this one is clear I watch on my tv this community is well built I wonder who build it and the road is clean a american ask if if that is Jamaica they need to build a nice school near by and a nice little hospital and build more house same way there is lots of black american who would buy if they see this

Why do they build these gated communities to resemble military camps???
Housing schemes have been built like this in Jamaica since the 60s. The additions are what sets the houses apart. It would be nice to see some town house in the mix, though. Very nice community.

What was the guy showing you the houses doing. Was he in a hurry to go, some were, or he did not like you guys. I am saying that because, he open the draw and carbon himself and close then without you having a chance to say what you think about them, that your viewers would have an idea of what your though are. If You are showing someone around, you should let that person express their though, and don't walk off and leave them when moving to somewhere else. Is Asif you there to film him. It just doesn't look good
