This is a lovely home. Talk about a room with a view! Sitting on your deck looking at the pool and the sea is worth the money! Of course the Victorian decor is not for me it would need updating in the certain areas but the house and location is great!
Location 10… can’t beat a home right by the ocean and price is good. Only issue is would need to do a lot of updating in the interior….
Nice on the outside but inside, not so much. It looks old /dated. This is mainly the case for alot of houses I see in Jamaica - outside draws you in but inside is usually a let down. Favourite is the balcony overlooking the ocean and the vegetated yard space.

Lovely house. Only need to coordinate the colors of the drapery and paint to go with the dark furniture. The kitchen needs a total renovation. It has a lot of potential. I would buy this house if I needed one in Hanover.

Update: the house extends too close to the side boundaries..the front and back spaces are good...I always take into consideration the length and width to decide how to spread the house...
