Looks like she used glitter white htv and then used a sublimated picture and heat pressed it! (Sublimation Printer with Sublimation ink and printed on special sublimation paper.)

Dark cotton can not retain sublimation ink.
Dark material like black wont show the sub ink, it shows on the white vinyl which is pretty clever

Sublimation on dark cotton with glitter vinyl，just cut glitter vinyl，because sublimation ink can't vivid on dark cotton.

some say that the ink washes-away as you wash the tshirt after using this method... what was your experience, please ?
Use cold water to wash.
Why did the image only stuck to the letters? 🤔
BECAUSE SHE HEAT PRESSED THE IMAGE ONTO THE LETTERS.
Also, the color from the photo can't show up on the black cotton shirt.
See I’m too picky and would have made sure her face was more on the print.
