COTTAGE CHEESE FLATBREAD PIZZA
makes one personal pizza
INGREDIENTS
for the flatbread:
1 cup cottage cheese
2 Vital Farms Eggs
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
1 garlic clove
1 teaspoon dried oregano
for the pizza:
pizza sauce
mozzarella cheese
toppings of choice (we used pepperoni, basil, and hot honey)
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment.
2. In a food processor or blender, combine the cottage cheese, eggs, garlic, parmesan cheese, and oregano and pulse until smooth.
3. Spread mixture onto the parchment in a round about 1/4-inch thick.
4. Bake for about 15-20 minutes until golden and firm.
5. Lift parchment out and add sauce, cheese, and other toppings of choice them place back in the oven to cook another 10-12 minutes, until cheese is melting and bubbly.
6. Slice up and enjoy!

Awful!! Music was so loud!! Music adds nothing but distraction to informational videos. This is an extreme example of what does not work.
