I tend to agree. Material dilution is unlikely now. I would expect them to focus on getting to break even or a bit into the positive a bit before looking to raise. Then, if they need acceleration of operational capacity, they should be able to raise at MUCH better valuations.

IF it doesn't, for whatever reason, lack of visibility via public announcement, mistrust, confusion, whatever, IT MUST BE CORRECTED. THERE IS NO FREE LUNCH. The new chip they nio is making. That is supposed to be superior to all is made in U.S.? We need this chip to create a lot of revenue and no dependency on Nvidia

NIO needs to show progresses with good metrics and unfortunately more than US stocks. NIO trend is good since the start of the year so hopefully they can carry on to deliver especially and the financial side.

NIO's success should begin in China....overseas market should begin with friendly countries. BYD is leading the charge into overseas markets. NIO's lower priced brands should be successful. Expansion of Swap stations is a big cash burn and definitely not a spending priority. Swap stations can progress at a slower pace.
Since IPO in September of 2018, NIO has averaged 28 million shares of dilution every single month! If you are an investor and think this is ok, or “normal”, then go ahead and invest in this dilution machine!

But they are focusing on customers, this is why the services , offered by Nio are second to none. The good news is that they are also focusing on the product for sustainability and this takes time, so we are good.

The problem with the Nio power issue is if you're selling it to other investors than you're taking advantage of the investors who paid for it.
Only way to break naked shorts and market makers is get profitable stop draging your feet then big boys will pile in.
