- Back in Sweden after 20 years, canoeing the route from Asa to Vaxjö.
On this route we start at the Asasjön lake, continue to the Tolgasjön lake, and finish at the Helgasjön lake. Overnight we sleep in the shelters of the Värensleden.
For any one wanting to follow this route : large open lake stretches.
This means you do not want more then 3Bft wind force.
Most is filmed with the DJI Osmo Action, some of it on iphone 8 plus, and iphone xs max.

That's an excellent video! Wow. Drone footage, music, beautiful scenery, 3 generations of family (I assume), and very crisp video imagery. I am getting ready to get some new cameras...now I'll have to look into the DJI Osmo Action...I really liked the quality of the picture and color. Glad you got back there after 20 years. Your videos have the feel of a GRS Riverrider production (only you talk a little and he doesn't). Both of you are very into capturing the beauty of the surroundings in an artistic fashion. Great stuff.

What kind of canoe is she paddling?
I've seen similar shape and it looks great for flat water tripping, small and manouverable but decent tracking.

The kneeling is something to get used to. Hard on longer trips.
@@BCBoatsAndCanoes Mybe one of those rolled seats is the best solution so you can switch between kneeling, sitting cross legged and sittings with legs straigt forward.

What an idyllic place for a canoe trip.Norway and Sweden seem to be great countries for paddlers,landscapes are greatly suited . Watched this with my morning coffee,perfect.Nicely filmed.

Mooi bootje, maar vaar nu een open Canadees met meer zitcomfort, bedankt voor het kijken. Zelf heb je ook mooie video’s.
@@BCBoatsAndCanoes ik vond t gesloten dek wel praktisch. Helaas ben ik te licht, kon er met een klein beetje wind al niet mee uit de voeten. En t waait hier dus echt altijd. Wel mooi lekker en hoog zitten en stabiel voor fotos en een hele hoop troep kan mee. Misschien ooit als ik veel ruimte heb weer n canadees erbij. Die van kababoes vind ik ook erg stoer. Stijlvol paddelen.

Die van Hans is stabieler dan wat ik nu vaar, maar klaag niet. Ben zeer tevreden. De canvas afdichting is mooi maar kan slecht buiten liggen.
Heb gekozen voor zitcomfort, dat mag als je 50+ bent.
Wind is niet de vriend van de Canadese kano 🙂
Zie dat je het dit keer ook wat hogerop hebt gezocht in het kanoparadijs. Zo te zien een trip waar jullie van hebben genoten. 👍
Bedankt voor het kijken Hans, herhaling van 20 jaar geleden. Maar nu met 3e generatie. En zeker genoten. Ooit gaan we elkaar tegenkomen, maar dan dichter bij huis.
Hoi Udo zag in en ander filmpje dat je de DJI Osmo Action hebt, deze staat ook nog op mijn verlanglijstje. Ik heb zelf de DJI Osmo pocket maar die heeft geen wide angle lens. Mooie opnames , ben je er tevreden mee? groetjes Willem
Willem, ben zeer tevreden met de Osmo Action. Reden om hem te kopen was wind geluid reductie, en dewarp (groothoek zonder vervorming) de stabilisatie is waanzinnig, en als je in de camera wil spreken kan je jezelf zien in het front display.
Enige nadeel is dat HDR en RockSteady niet samen te gebruiken zijn.

Very nice canoeing in Sweden. I like the scenery around the lakes, and the campsites too. Looked to be very enjoyable. Does that solar panel have the capability of changing a camera ( go-pro or similar) ? Thanks.
Yes it does, you will need full sunlight to get performance, and first charge into a power bank.
