Surrey and the heathlands seem to get the lionshare of the attention as far as courses around London go. Great seeing a course north of the city get some love; I'm guessing there are some other underrated places up that way?
Well done as always gents! Wonderfully golden age with all the wonders of an unmanaged forest. Imagine how amazing this place could be if they invested in a couple chainsaws and instilled that wonderful tree management program that 1926 called for.
Thank you - I do think free up some of the playing surfaces would improve it but the same could be said of any inland course nowadays. It’s really nice to play somewhere which hasn’t been subjected to committees hands in a constant search to make the course tougher though - just a lovely old school charm to it
I wish it was a hole in one! It was a little chip from behind a mound. TBH i thought it was stiff but watching that back i'm glad it rattled the flagstick ;)
I enjoyed this guys thanks, your comments are so true, no silly ponds here.
What a place to visit on my Braid adventure...... Lovely work guys!
i played it recently and thoroughly enjoyed it - lovely course, and excellent club sandwich after!
We also had the club sandwich! You can tell how good somewhere is depending on the club sandwich i always think :)
Another wonderful video. Can't wait for the next!
Thanks Allan
Superb videography chaps! Another job well done.

More videos please......awesome stuff!
More to come!

Definitely - also Ashridge is a cracking place literally nextdoor. So much good golf littered around England

Great film chaps 🔥
Glad you like!
Tremendous. Another great video. Out of interest was the ball bouncing across the green and dropping into the hole a chip in or a hole in one?!
