Thank you so much for thix video. I came across it and watched it twice and I find it helpful. My mind feels much free like a weight lifted of my shoulder. I am in year 11 doing gcse's this year. I don't feel stressed anxious or worried sometimes overwhelmed but that's normal. I am definitely going to start studying my Monday to Friday.
Hopefully it's not too late to start studying and all though my grades are low I really want to improve and prove my family wrong

@@alanajones4808 a stationary one, IGCSE CIE is crazy :sob: but good luck with Edexcel tho, though at some point I don't understand the differences between AQA, Edexcel and CIE, but I saw others quite scary, what subjects did you take?

Well the thing is if i start now to kake flashcards and stuff I prefer to spend that time like trying to learn because personally i am unable to focus even 2 hours a day of studying and my problem is mathematics and less of memorization stuff so subjects like chemistry and maths are the problem wnd less of subjects like bio. I wanna pass in my first try but kinda hopeless

I’m a homeschooled student doing 7 GCSEs. I don’t have a tutor. I did used to, but he taught me the wrong exam board’s content for biology (as well as history, and I had to drop it because it’s so different to AQA lmao). I started learning biology Edexcel (after AQA) about two months ago. Am I screwed??
no no absolutely not….
Listen, what you need to know beyond anything is that you have 2 months where you can either go into it with the mentality of “I’m cooked” or the mentality that you will try your absolute best.
There is quite literally no downside to having the mentality that you’re gonna do your best - it’s the ONLY way you can ensure you don’t feel guilty and at the very least secure much higher than you would had you not revised!!!

You said you'd test yourself every 3 days, how'd you sort that out? Did you do learn, memorize and practice by subject, (for example 1 week for chem) or did you cover all your subjects learn stage first then moved on to the next?

yeah so what I would honestly do is spend little pockets of time giving myself random prompts and writing out scenarios on a small post it note you need to get good at writing

Regarding biology, chemistry, and physics.
Is it possible to start now, memorize and understand all notes, solve past papers and get straight 9s? Do I have enough time to do that?
Please be realistic with me because I keep getting the normal "You can do it" but I don't think I can. If you do have experience, is it still possible to get a high 9 with this time left?
What grades are you at?
@@thetalhaaa In physics, I'm good at half of the units. So 6-8s. Iwant to also keep in mind that in biology, I'm almost nil or I studied right before exam days so 5-6s. Chemistry 6-7s and I already started studying it, I'm at a good rate.

Hiya, I also have my GCSEs in 2 months and I’m wondering what woudl u recommend I do as a student doing 13 GCSEs . I’m not stupid but I am very strong in about 10 gces but weak in 3 . What do u think I shoudl focus on and u got any other tips?
Do everything that I said - but focus on those 10 specifically.
Trust me getting really good in 10 GCSE’s and then prioritise 1 of the subjects your bad at - slacking off in 2 subjects doesn’t look bad.
I got 1 grade 8 - if I tried to get a 9 in that I would have lost my grades in every other subject :)

no just believe in yourself, try using senaca, gcse pod, educake, quizlet and use flashcards and YOU MUST exam questions from now every day. Free science lessons and corbett maths are the best videos out there, cover your most hardest subjects and dont procastinate. you can take regular breaks and rests throughout.
literally just go in there with the mentality that you’re gonna put in your absolute best effort and get of your phone :)

how many hours should i revise if i want to achieve grade 7 and above for my subjects? i'm currently working at a grade 6 from my nov mock results for most subjects
Id recommend 30 mins in morning and 1.5 hr in afternoon :) make sure you have a rest everyday

A levels is a bit more tricky though - you’re future is literally on the line for a lot of people - where you’re gonna end up is gonna depend on what happens here

2 years ago (ramadan 2022) I genuinely had the craziest most productive ramadan in terms of studying and seen
and then I decided to flip around my routine for 2023 and it was absolutely horrible I got the same done but in double the time and I was exhausted literally every single day
