second time trying this workout and the first one was the worst because i couldn't concentrate my mind and focus on doing the moviments right. the second one i did it a bit better but still not focus and thinking about problems that weren't even happening at that very moment. so i took a deep breath and said to myself that if i couldn't have concentration to complete one single workout i wouldn't be capable to concentrate in anything more. so then i did it right and it was actually easy. i think the challenge here is to fight against your mind but not control it. if i've learned anything from trying to have focus is that you can't control your thoughts because much more you try more resistance you create. you have to let them there and absorve them, just watching and doing absolutely nothing.. and it's incredible that they just start desappearing before you even notice. mindblowing-

I'm very self conscious of my legs cause I used to do athletics and I've got strong thighs so squats build up my muscle in bulk very quickly. I have always wanted a leaner sort of muscle ,still want definition ect. I hope this helps. 😃
