    I just have to tell you I have been doing your workouts for +2 or 3 years now. And every time your voice comes on and the soulful music, my timid rescue cat comes running. She loves your voice. She purrs and rubs her face on whatever is near while be both enjoy your workouts. Humans are the only ones that get something out of your videos. Thank you 🙏

    I hate things titled workouts, so I do yoga and pole because they are (and sound) way less body redeem-ey. But this is so awesome, being stuck in front of the computer all day my legs hurt like I know they are getting stronger. Now to find a space for a yoga mat at the back of class... Thank you Juliana!

    second time trying this workout and the first one was the worst because i couldn't concentrate my mind and focus on doing the moviments right. the second one i did it a bit better but still not focus and thinking about problems that weren't even happening at that very moment. so i took a deep breath and said to myself that if i couldn't have concentration to complete one single workout i wouldn't be capable to concentrate in anything more. so then i did it right and it was actually easy. i think the challenge here is to fight against your mind but not control it. if i've learned anything from trying to have focus is that you can't control your thoughts because much more you try more resistance you create. you have to let them there and absorve them, just watching and doing absolutely nothing.. and it's incredible that they just start desappearing before you even notice. mindblowing-

    (I posted this comment earlier, but I don't think it saved.) Could you make a routine for slimming muscular legs? I know stretching is a big part of it, but every time I stretch, my legs get bulkier instead.

    I'm very self conscious of my legs cause I used to do athletics and I've got strong thighs so squats build up my muscle in bulk very quickly. I have always wanted a leaner sort of muscle ,still want definition ect. I hope this helps. 😃

    DAy1:yeah done with agony bc the workout is incredibly extremely hard although I was on a cloud 9 to know this beautiful exercise .I feel it's really effecive
