Nice to see someone who uses things most people can afford. 300$ backpacks, expensive packing cubes, tech pouches. I guess they push those expensive items, and they may be better quality if you can afford them, so they can earn money with the link. Thanks
You can always buy the cheaper version. As a full-time traveller, I can tell you, the more expensive bags hold up a lot better. Or you’ll be buying a new bag ever 6 months which adds up! Also, your bag breaking on you on a long travel day is very annoying. But if you don’t travel often, please look for a brand you can afford. Just know it probably won’t last you for years to come because these quick and cheaply made items these days fall apart FAST
I completely agree! I always watch those videos and then find out it’s a $300 backpack I can’t afford and think who actually buys this???? Lol I’m all about the budget items, so I’m glad you agree! Thanks for watching :)
It definitely depends on the bag! My mountaintop 40L was $30 and I’ve been using it since 2018!! So I definitely am not an advocate for more expensive = better. Just depends on the person & their budget/lifestyle :)
Yep and the prices of the Merino wool clothing that everyone advertises now. It’s ridiculous! If I m traveling with a carry on I obviously want to save money!
I went to Russia and my luggage went to Lima. I had to do 10 days with a back pack. I had a change of underwear and a second set of socks. Extra t shirt. I washed underwear nightly in the sink. I used the liquid soap in the shower for EVERYTHING, laundry, shampoo and body wash. It can be done!!
@@nancygraham8940 you are a trooper!! You do whatcha gotta do when you travel. I finally started packing smart with an outfit in a cube at the bottom of my personal item. Last 4 flights I took they made me check my bag. Could be easily gotten lost.

The best and most realistic / authentic packing advice I have seen on UA-cam! That is a really great and versatile bag too! Presume that was a carry-on bag to be stowed in the overhead locker. How did you go with the weight limit? 7kg max?
Wow thank you so much- what a compliment! It’s an amazing bag for the price. And it was a personal item that I put under the seat by my feet. It’s actually very small, so it fit no problem and barely weighed anything!

This was the problem I had traveling last summer. Was the first time traveling on Aer Lingus and the personal item backpack I had used on SO many other airlines was too big to fit their specs. It is also smaller by a couple inches than the specs you just gave for Ryanair and they are both from Ireland!
I had no idea Aer Lingus was even smaller than Ryan Air with their dimensions how crazy! There’s plenty of room under the seats for bigger bags, it’s very annoying that they do that!!

Assume you’ve already gone … was your departure airport ok with the zip bag or did they make you move liquids to a plastic ziplock style? That’s was my experience on a recent trip out of the UK!
Interesting. I like this backpack but its dimensions are larger than Ryan Air's personal item. It is taller (42 cm vs required 40 cm) and much wider (32cm vs required 25 cm). So I am curious how it worked for you. And this is this backpack's smaller version (large, not large L, which is even larger).
I’m so glad to hear this. I am employing this strategy for our upcoming three week trip to Europe. We will have a washer at two of our Airbnb’s and 5 different airports on different carriers. So true! That was my plan B if it didn’t fit, I just really didn’t wanna wear it 😂😂 me too, there’s plenty of room for a bigger bag but they do it on purpose!
Are you at all concerned that if we start using personal items with packing cubes in lieu of carry-on bags that airlines will impose a max weight on personal items (in the same way that carry-on restrictions got tighter as so many ppl tried to stop checking their bags)?
I believe the weight limit applies to your carry-on bag that goes in the overhead bins, which you’re right is typically 10kg. For a personal item that goes under the seat, it’s typically just dimensions- like Ryan Air shows (40x20x25cm), no weight limit
This is my issue: 3 days and you can't live without your laptop?? I mean if you have to work what's wrong with a tablet. For a 3 day trip you really shouldn't be putting in enough to justify taking a laptop imo (otherwise how do you justify the holiday?)

Cool ideas, but in reality, seems like you have no extra room for your audio and video gear. (Microphones, small light, camera, tripod, chargers, cables, etc...) so as a content creator, you still have to pay for ticket that includes a carry on bag and a personal item bag, am I right?
I don’t bring any of that with me tbh, I like to live in the moment when I travel so I just film on my phone :) but yeah if you’d need to bring all that equipment of course you’d need an extra bag!

Hi! It’s in my storefront, the link is in my description. But here it is directly too: www.amazon.com/dp/B083FWKBHV?linkCode=ssc&tag=onamzsherunth-20&creativeASIN=B083FWKBHV&asc_item-id=amzn1.ideas.Z1888R7D5I49&ref_=aip_sf_list_spv_ofs_mixed_m_asin
Thank you :)
Where is the power bank , brush and clear toiletries' bag from?
Hi! They’re all on my Amazon storefront which is in the link in the description :)
I have this travel perfume bottle but it always leak from the bottom where we refill it.
Really? I’ve had mine for over a year and never had that problem!
thank you for reminding me to roll my clothes😅
Haha no probs😅
I'd have worn that scarf so as not to take up room in your bag! I hate that airlines are so strict on this stuff.
No I’m not!
Don't they have a weight limit? Aer Lingus limits you to 10kg
I believe the weight limit applies to your carry-on bag that goes in the overhead bins, which you’re right is typically 10kg. For a personal item that goes under the seat, it’s typically just dimensions- like Ryan Air shows (40x20x25cm), no weight limit
Thank you 😍
This is my issue: 3 days and you can't live without your laptop?? I mean if you have to work what's wrong with a tablet. For a 3 day trip you really shouldn't be putting in enough to justify taking a laptop imo (otherwise how do you justify the holiday?)
@@susie9893 if someone wants to bring their laptop on a trip I don’t think it really matters?! Haha
@SheRunTheWorld Here I was thinking this was a prioritising issue, but that statement sounds like dependency 🤷♀️
Really nice video! i was wondering if i could help you edit your videos and make them more engaging as well as it will save your time.🕶
Thanks for watching and the offer, but no thank you!
Thankyou and best wishesh@@SheRunTheWorld
What tech accessory bag is that?
It’s in my storefront! Link in the description! But also here: www.amazon.com/dp/B08TM61F3P?linkCode=ssc&tag=onamzsherunth-20&creativeASIN=B08TM61F3P&asc_item-id=amzn1.ideas.Z1888R7D5I49&ref_=aip_sf_list_spv_ofs_mixed_m_asin
I'm doing 10 days with this. 😗
Amazing!!!! I have multiple 5 day trips coming up that I’m using it for- it’s an amazing bag :) have a great trip!
Did the backpack survive the trip?
It did! It’s amazing, highly recommend for the price!
me trying to pause the video to see your skincare products 😂
Lmaoooo😂
How many liters of the bag ?
Not sure it just gives the dimensions on Amazon, not liters. Sorry!
What size is your backpack Large-L or Large?
We bought Large-L
I am going June 2024 to Italy France and Spain, 21 days with my family, daughter 11y, son 17y, husband and myself. We are holping we can do laundry every 7 day😂
I did the smaller one, which is just Large. But wow that sounds like an amazing family trip! I think you’ll definitely be able to do laundry every 7 days. Enjoy your time!🤗
@@SheRunTheWorld thank you🥰
Cool ideas, but in reality, seems like you have no extra room for your audio and video gear.
@@SheRunTheWorld Thanks. Hope one day you come to Ecuador. Perhaps the Galapagos Islands.
