Honestly sis thank you so much for this video, I’ve been searching art tutorials and all I’ve gotten is really straight ‘white girl’ hair and this helped a lot because I’m drawing a character in my favorite show who is DEFINITELY not white

I don’t have a blending tool so this took a long time but I’m so happy with it! It’s hard for me to draw curly hair but I really wanted to make a portrait of my best friend and this tutorial really helped! And I added my own little touch

Ive wanted to learn to draw for soo long😭😭 but I always feel that my drawings need to be 100% PERFECT like yours and plenty others. What I mostly struggle with is drawing head, body’s and hair. So I started trying to learn young so I have more time to improve BUT NOTHING IS WORKING!!!! I want to be able to draw Semi Realism. Does anybody have tips I can do to stop expecting for my drawings to be PERFECT and for me to be a great Artist🙁
iiRxsee • Hey love!! The beauty about art is that it can be however you want it and art is something that should never be compared! You art is your creation and no one else’s and it’s all about patience passion and practice! You can do it!💖
You should use a timer. For example, give yourself 2 mins to draw something and then when you finish look at it and write what you want to do differently next time. Or redraw it. But don't spend too long doing the art because if you spend like 10 hours on an artpiece then you hate it, it will make you feel worse than if you failed on a 1 hour drawing. Then when your skill level increases you can risk doing really big projects that take hours after successfully doing a bunch of shorter projects. Also if you do happen to do a bad 2 minute drawing at least you can blame it on lack of time. So there's less pressure to be perfect and more motivation to keep creating.
