Some Rated T games have blood in them, but I guess these days its not ok. Ridiculous.
Kirbys dreamland 3 and 64 have blood for the final bosses and they're both E for everyone
I was just thinking that. Every time you shoot someone in Overwatch a lot of blood comes out and that's still rated T. I don't see how blood covered hands are any different.

Seriously is Marvel Snap so afraid of blood, so they have to censore the Hulk. They're lots of other Hulk comic covers you know. Here it looks like he was done eating green jello.
They could've used some other Hulk artwork.
Also, if it's able to be shown in a comic book without being polybagged, it should be acceptable for a Teen rated game.
Back in good old days littlebit of blood wasn't big deal, like Watership Down, great animation, was rated for all ages, but with modern sensitivity it and many other older media and new media needs to be rated again or censored.

The green blood on Hulk's hand looks dumb(0:43). It would have been better to remove the blood entirely.

This isn't the first card to be censored. Sabretooth's base card is pulled from existing art and the blood on his claws were also removed. That card is from the original release, it just wasn't as noticeable unlike Hulk's drippy hands
You know what? I don't mind this. Looking at the censored cover from a different side, Hulk could've recently gone back from murdering Abomination or Leader or any other Hulk-like being. They all have green blood.

it' a ESRB issue they cleared the game for a target rating on the self submit form likely via global game ratings board to speed up listing digital only games. they had to alter the art or risk global fines.

If the story is legitimately messed up then I wouldn't want to play it but if they made a girls skirt two inches longer or whatever I don't personally care, it won't ruin my enjoyment.

Sad to see, but it just makes it even more surprising how many of the variants in the game have uncensored booba even when similar games like Shadowverse are censoring their artwork.

Either raise the age rating, or don't include the art if you don't want to raise it, instead of bastardizing the original. It's The Hulk. There are thousands of images without blood that could have been chosen. I know this is a small thing, but come one.
If I were the developer behind the game, I wouldn’t have censored anything.
I don't mind it too much in this context mostly because my lot of kids play this game and the comic that came from was rated parental advisory basically 18 + for comics
but the guns, swords, and mind melting super powers are cool....right?

If censorship has no effect on the story, there should be no censorship at all.
Except when there are good reasons for certain things to be censored.
@@comicguy416 This doesn't really exist for art, especially games. With the existence of rating boards there's no good reason for anything to be censored unless it's flat out illegal, which most things censored in games never is.
@@comicguy416There's very few cases where censorship is legitimately needed, editing the blood on a superhero's hands definitely isn't one of them.
Why even use this image of the Hulk if they were just going to censor it? There's a million other comic book covers to choose from. Just swap the art out completely to something more family friendly. The green blood on green skin is awful, now it looks like the Hulk slit his wrists.
Censoring is bad, no matter how small. I'm glad I was never invested in this. However, this ensures I never will be.
