Appreciate the authenticity with this one, you kept pushing despite being unmotivated. On your weak day you are still stronger then 99.999% of people, dont forget that

I don´t think that the first half of the video was somehow bad (I mean in enjoyment and stuff), it shows that even good athletes have some bad days and unlucky attempts. So yeah, I enjoyed this video so much, and thank you for some motivation 😉

Entertaining video, I have a question though. I have been experiencing pain around the rhomboid muscle area when doing FL touch or V sit, can't really find information online about this. Just wondering if u have dealt with that before or not.

Damn bro I definitely feel you with the bad vibes on bad sessions,I notice that location changing is a factor for me in terms of strength, the body is getting used to a specific location and equipment (and even clothes) and by changing that things might be weird for a short time. Its a weird concept but I do believe its a thing.
Glad that you overcome it and keep the park vlogs they have raw vibes that spice things up (and also more relatable).

I have the same issue...so its not only you
Probably it happens because of the difference in yhe equipment i mean bar thickness height etc or even climate and psychological factors as well
