    Where do I go to get these numbers for my self to be a better athlete? Sounds good to say these things but every BODY is different. How do I determine my TRUE calories, My true Food weights per meat,veg,fruit? this info is not reliable online. is there a special doctor I need to consult to say hey. your 295lbs 6'1" - your exact cal needed- protein-carbs-fats? The variables go on. but where can I find me true nutrition. to become a leaner, healthier me? Not a Joke but on the real. Where do I find this info?

    I just don’t understand how Froning got away with terrible nutrition and won 4x in a row. Where if I eat like that, I can’t perform nearly as well. Like not even close lol

    HyperinsulinEMIA. They can't even get the terminology correct.

      Hyperinsulinism is also a medical condition though. It depends on which one they’re talking about.
