I do think American houses are generally designed well. I will never understand why they stage 2 dining spaces in exactly the same place. Does this just mean they eat eat and eat 😂 you would think if one was supposed to be formal it would be in a separate room. They both were 8 seaters about 4 metres apart, I don’t like toilette spaces off lounges. Apart from that this was beautiful.
