The courtyard is such a differentaitor for this plan. I've seen another elevation of this plan and you cant lose with either one. Newmark set a nice precedent with this plan.
That house just keeps going. Unreal that it's 4x bigger than our home for an amazing price.

Its amazing how house prices vary so much from state to state. In NY Suburbs (Long Island) 700,000 get a you a 3 bedroom ranch on a 40x100 property thats needs work lol

Loved the floor tile in the master bedroom. I must say I’ve noticed in Texas that bedrooms are on the first floor while entertainment is upstairs that very different for me especially that bedroom in the very front. Altogether great job

This home was just listed for sale. 1.5 million. 😲
😮 no way!! Not worth million in my opinion lol model homes alway sale for such high price and later come with a lot of issues, sadly warranty is only for a year even like so the builder takes forever to fix the issues! This is from my neighbors and friends experience buying model homes.

oggi il parquette lo fanno anche senza tracce di fughe e li trattano anche con colle impermeabili effetto lucido, antiassorbente e antigraffi.....i legni dolci si rigano. tuttavia in esterno ci sono proprio le intemperie: pioggia, grandine, neve, ecc. marcisce. approfonditi studi hanno dimostrato che il parquette esposto alle intemperie si ammalora. lo so che non ci si crede e non ci credono certi designers di arredamento, eppure e' cosi'.

@@truth5454 Ah ok! This sounds a lot like California, that’s where I’m from. Cost of living and housing market is sky high for very old homes, after buying for most they need major repairs or upgrades!

Hi Natti, yup prices here in Texas are low but not for too long, prices will be increasing soon due to increase in lumber. This is the price for this home if you where to built from ground up to make it look like this it would definitely be a few thousands more, its best buy an inventory home which is already built with upgrades at at discounted price. :)

Hello there! There are a lot here in Texas with tons of acres, but have not seen new build ones unless the buyer purchased the land and build after. I’ll look into it, that would be a nice one to tour! 😊 I love homes with tons of land.
@@normadoes new or already built homes. I'm familiar with the Porter area having some properties, but also a good area will be Conroe. That would be my preference in looking for a home/ property.
