Agree. Living Room is my favorite part of house. Kitchen is good also. My friend has a house in Dominican Republic with a very similar floor plan, except with less glass/windows. My only complaint is the bathrooms are a little small.
Nope looks like 900k. The upgrades aren't there. Just big rooms and low level kitchen appliances. This for someone who has NEVER lived in a million plus dollar house. I bet it didn't close at the asking price .
