This one was filmed in Fulshear in the Cross Creeck Masterplan subdivision it’s also available in the master plan community of Bridgeland, both are beautiful great communities to live in! Nice house but the pool table in an open room right next to the dining room and kitchen big NO. It would be perfect with a small room with a treadmill and some gym equipment and a whole separate area Room with a door that closes for the pool table where you can not here noise from anyone playing pool in the rest of the house!
