Nice. I expect you mean Polycarbonate, not Polystyrene.

No, I referred to what is sold as 'Clear Polystyrene Flat Glazing sheet' that I purchased from B & Q (UK). Polycarbonate is a different type of thermoplastic, probably better but I used what was readily available and after experimentation with heating/softening polystyrene formed better than acrylic sheet.
