One thing I have always appreciated about Pentatonix is that the focus is not on one particular group member. Everyone has a chance to shine. Brilliant.
I think it's more than just that, They are so much MORE together, than they are separately. In a band where only voices matter 5 talented individuals can, in cooperation, create something of exquisite beauty and perfection. No one person could do this and I believe they all know this.

My dad passed away around two weeks ago... Just before he went to the hospital and went on a ventilator he told me this was his favorite song. Nothing thus far has made me cry so quickly, this is a truly beautiful song and it resonates with my thoughts and feelings going through this loss
The way a song can move someone transcends all planes of existence....through time and space like gravitational waves theyll feel it ...the memory of loved ones
The most astonishing (and best) thing about Pentatonix in my opinion is that they sound just like their studio recordings when they sing live (as long as the mics are balanced correctly) and that they manage to make themselves sound like a whole choir of people and instruments when it's just the voices of 5 people who sing beautifully together. I love that they don't record anything they can't replicate in a live show.
This performance is the living proof that, without electricity and instruments, we still can expect unique and astonishing concerts during the coming years. I love how they had Matt and Kevin stand more towards the middle that way everyone gets air time. Generally they get cut out a bit cuz the main focus is who’s singing the words

This was my first PTX concert and they sang just as good live or better than their videos. Every time I came across this feed I listened to it 3 to 4 times. I don’t get tired listening to PTX sing. Love them ❤
She’s a powerhouse for vocals but so is Scott. His range is phenomenal and when he sings the last verse… it also gives chills. But yes… she is amazing. They all are. ❤

David Draiman his voice is a world wonder of its own. This cover of this song is indeed quite good. But the vibe Disturbed gives fits the song better in my opinion. (David Draiman has learned classical singing)
You should search “Benjamin Burnley sings the National Anthem”. Breaking Benjamin’s lead singer and songwriter. It is one of the most beautiful versions of it I’ve ever heard in my life. I wish the audio was better but it’s still phenomenal!
