Over a decade ago, I was overwhelmed with the pre-approved Citi card I received with a 50k credit limit and another one with a higher credit limit and I was Swiper no swiping from Dora personified and maxing out my limit in just two hours in one day until I got tired of the endless cycle so I paid off my balance and literally cut my cards in half. Now that I’m financially wiser, I just keep a secured credit card with a small credit limit. I refuse any credit card offers just because I no longer like having debts with more than just one bank. And I must say it is financially liberating to have cash instead of relying on cards or whenever I use my card, I pay it on the same day via the bank app. These are really good tips, one reason why you’re one of my favorite local youtubers. Karamihan ng financial advisors they will say... And pay your expenses using cash. Personally, my family doesn't own a credit card. My parents paid everything using cash. If they buy something like a car... they pay whole amount with cash. Iniiwasan nila ang interest kasi mapapamahal daw lalo.

CC has many advantage if you are wise in using it. Very informative vlog miss thea.
I've always been skeptical about credit cards because of my parents' experience with them. Now, Ms. Thea has helped me understand that it really is just a neutral thing! It depends on me how I will manage it wisely. Thank you so much for this very informative video.
Omg i’m at the right channel! My bf just got his 1st credit card and we don’t know a thing about it. Thanks a lot about the infos its very knowledgable! 🤯
Very helpful and so much informative. May dumating kasi kanina saakin credit card binigay ni BDO, gold visa, ibabalik ko sana, kaso mukang mapapakinabangan ko naman talaga in the near future.
I remember watching this last year, tas wondering will I able to get a credit card since no more allowance from my dad and I'm working for myself as in all hahaha. Then for my bday I applied tas after 10days na walang balita I was approved now I'm back again with what ifs haha. #ubvisagold
thanks, very informative, sana next talk about on how to get a loan from a bank, marami pa kasing misinformation abut this.
grabe so timely for me!! thank you so much for this video! much appreciated!!!
to add lang po regarding online scams, pwede rin pong i-check yung 'lock' icon katabi ng URL. if it says 'site is unsecure' you might have to think twice before proceeding.
anyways ang ganda po ng tita talks niyo! also ang clear niyo po mag explain thank you!
Thank you! 💕
very informative! prone talaga sa temptation to spend more sa credit card, balak ko pa naman kumuha ng credit card pero mas magandang pag ipunan mo na lang then pay it on cash mas tipid pa. 😊
Very informative..how do you assess the citi reward credit card.?

P.S. I didn't skip ads for your benefit:)
Uyy thank youuu!
Uy hi!! I love your vlogs Thea, although I have a suggestion for you as a fellow vlogger 🥰
Please sort your vlogs through playlists para nakahiwalay yung videos mo about makeup from educational vlogs like this 😊 Thank you! More power! ❤️
I've been looking for the right credit card and then you come out with this video! Perfect timing

Hi Ms. Thea. I've been your subscriber for quite sometime already. And I really wanna thank you for creating very informative videos. I really love most especially your videos about adulting and practicality in life. More videos like this pa sana. Hopefully next topic na idiscuss mo is about savings and investments.
More powers pa Ms. Thea! ❤
“Best” bank to apply for credit card when you’re single and not big spender? For emergency/ foreign travel purposes only? Thank you! 😊
erika denice ong i would recommend the bank where you have your savings account. This way mas easier ang pag bayad :) balance transfer ka lang bayad ka na no need to line na :)
AUB's credit cards are all free for life. You can try applying there. They easily approve too :)
Thea Sy Bautista but i dont like my current bank.
Good thing no annual fee for life sya.
This video really helped me because I am planning to apply for a credit card and it is my first time, so with this video I am now aware on how to use and pay it on time soon if ever mag ka credit card aq thank you so much.
