Thank you for watching the premiere with us!! Sana makatulong tong content sa mga currently struggling in life, finances particularly. Please know na may pag-asa pa yan, you just have to believe in and work on your self, seize the opportunity, build your network, and aim for continuous improvement -- kahit little by little, basta may growth. Love you all teatas and teatos!
Hi, question ko lang what if yung mom and dad mo kept asking for money and wala ka magawa dahil wala din sila maaaasahan, how can I rebuild my finances kung I always end up zero…
Is it just me? I’m tearing up a bit. :’( Thea was one of the first PH youtubers who inspired me to get my shit together financially. I also made the same mistake that you did which was loan money on behalf of a friend and now I’m paying for it because he can’t :( Thanks for sharing this so openly, continue to inspire more people, thea!
I also started to see her on my home feed a few years ago and to see that she's still going strong and her channel gives me such joy. We really are titos and titas now!
Ako din, naiyak. Im at this point of my life na may financial crisis akong hinaharap, pero after watching this, na inspire ako. 🙂
Aww thank you for watching the content. Lesson learned talaga never to lend money most especially money that you don't have, and huwag mag co-borrow/gurantor ng loan. I shared in one comment na nakatulong magmotivate yung setting milestones. For example, the total debit is 100K, set 80K, 50K, 25K, 10K milestones para you feel the progress. I am sure you will get through it! Tita ba masyado if I say AJA AJA FIGHTING?! haha
Every school and universities should HIRE you to speak at their graduation services, ala Dr. Taylor Swift, ganern! The younger gens MUST hear your story. Proud of you girl! 🚀🥰🙏
A year after this video came out, ngayon ko lng sya nakita. It's very timely kasi nasa point na ako ng buhay ko na I'm struggling with my finances and myself. I can really relate don sa yung wala kanang off-days kasi during RD mo nagta-trabaho ka pa din para my extrang kita.
Learning from other people’s experiences is really the best teacher. You don’t need to experience it first hand to learn the lesson in each mistake. Thank you, Ms. Thea for sharing your experience with us! I’m not in the exact situation, but I’m in the process of recouping my savings from the past years after a lot of personal expenses. Hopefully, I get to recover ASAP. 😇🙏
I love this so much! Grabe ang taboo to talk about financial mistakes and bad decisions na sometimes it's being swept under the rug. Minsan nagiging anxiety-inducing and stressful talaga siya na parang ayaw nalang harapin or pagusapan. 🥺
sana hindi pa too late for me to reboot my finances. my mom also took out a loan under my name. then i lost jobs so it was a very hard time because agencies are hounding me. could not even answer a call kasi i feared na naniningil yun. ok naman na sya ngayon kaso di ko sure kung ok pa credit record ko. may work naman na ako na medyo mababa pero enough to get me by at makapagtabi ng pera. sana di pa huli lahat for me para mapalago yung mga pinaghihirapan ko :( im turning 27 this year.
Thank you ao much! Now i have 2 cc and several savings accounts. Thank you for the knowledge.
Dang! Thea, I've been a silent follower but I just want to let you know that you are super inspiring, especially this video. If you consider yourself a late bloomer, mas lalo na ako. I'm 32, turning 33 this year and I can say that it's only been these past 2-3 years na I improved my financial behavior and habits. I'm getting my shit together. And that's because you and other other financial influencers' help. Nakakahappy to.
Thank you for sharing your story Thea. In my opinion hindi ka naman late bloomer. If anything mas late bloomer pa yata ako kasi ako I'm now in my 30s pero ngayon pa lang nagsstart ma awaken sa aking personal finance. I spent most of my 20s living from paycheck to paycheck because napaka gastador ko, YOLO and FOMO mindset. Kain dito, kain doon, travel dito and travel doon. Ngayon I'm starting from scratch din, di ko muna maishare in detail kasi baka I have friends who follow you as well. Can't wait na makahinga hinga ng maluwag ulit. Salamat sa pagshare ng iyong experience, maswerte younger generations na they have content creators like you as inspiration na sana nung panahon natin ay meron din tayo. :)
I feel like this is a video na babalik-balikan kong panuorin. wow! thank you for sharing. I'm also going through a rough patch in my life now specifically sa finances ko. Thank you for letting us know that it will all get better.
Thank you Ms. Thea for sharing this! Hopefully I will have my "with open arms, come to me" moment 😂 investing in personal growth is important talaga e. Happy Valentine's day po! 💕
Waaah. Why am I crying!? I consider you as one of my financial coaches. I am trying so hard to build up my finances after series of mistakes through your tips and suggestions. I try to recreate a template based from your temps just to help me achieve my financial aspirations. More episodes like this please.
I'm 24. Just had my first cc. Was looking for advices on how to manage it well, more so, maximize the perks of it --- stumbled upon your credit card video and now I'm binge watching all your uploads. You are amazing and inspiring! More blessings to you!
Omg! 🤯This is the content that I've been looking for the past few months. Hope we all can get back! Lavannn💓Thanks Ms. Thea for sharing your thoughts genuinely💗
Thanks for sharing Ms. Thea. Very inspiring. Indeed very personal ang video na ito. All the while, I thought ,"hmm..ganyan lang yan mag salita kc di naman sya maka relate sa mga nakararami eh. mayaman na man yan". But this video showed us the real you, what you went through, the struggles and sacrifices you went through para malampasan yun. Again, thanks for sharing. It gave us a lot of hope na pwede pa pala talaga magbago ang buhay namin especially kung pagsikapan lang talaga.
I am 4 years older than Thea but I learned a lot from her financially. Siya talaga nagopen ng eyes ko to handle my finances properly. So, thank you, Thea! 💕
Your story is very inspiring 🥹❤ I agree with the "When come from nothing, you'll learn to appreciate even seemingly small improvements in life" You're very strong! I hope you keep on educating and inspiring more people :)
Yes!! BPI is my bank ever since highschool. At 16 yung savings accounts nila with 0 maintaining balance is so helpful, hanggang nag ka work they witnessed my financial growth, also my first credit card, they’re the reason I have insurances now, looking forward ako sa next step of taking up a loan to purchase my first property at 25 (palalakasin ko muna loob ko to take up a loan). Thank you ate Thea for sharing your journey! ❤️
Soooo inspring!! Nakakaiyak. Waching this as a 21yo, working since 18yo, na ngayon baon sa loan sharks and slowly recovering from debts. I really feel hopeless sometimes and relate sa jowa lang napagsasabihan. Soon I'll find some answers!
So inspiring! Sobrang late bloomer na ako but already working on my finances.
From the beginning, I always admire how you do finance things and any thing about adulting. You always serve as in inspiration to me. I hope I can use my heard advice from you, of course on top of ' I should do my best' to build a more resilient me in terms of adulting. God bless you always and keep doing what you do. ❤️😇

Sobrang level up ng video nato😍 BPI baby din ako kahit na reject ang first ever bank loan ko🥲..I also have my own fair share of unfortunate events and my current financial status is not that good pero being a single mom at 17, married and got separated at age 26 pero I was able to get a franchise and eventually launched my own brand last 2020 and now I just launched another business this yr and was able to get a pre selling property as well last 2021 and had my initial stocks last 2017..I can say I am slowly getting to where I want to be☺️
Huhuhu very inspiring. Hugsssss ❤️ So happy sa milestone mo Thea. Keep on inspiring and educating people. 🤗
Loove this series! Manifesting Tita Talks podcast soon! Thanks for sharing your story Ms. Thea, nakakaiyak.. Same tayo, late 20s na nakapagstart sa Finance journey - got insurance at 26 then the following year stocks naman. I'm a breadwinner and had to help settle my parents loans first when I had my first job. Now, I'm working on my personal growth and praying to have my emergency fund replenished due to unexpected major expenses last year, and hopefully have more opportunities & side hustles this year 🙏
Yes !!! can relate , late bloomer din ako sa finances but at least nakapagstart and kasama ka sa journey ko ms Thea salamat ! now matatapos ko na ang insurance ko . sa mga advices mo , delayed gratification and all . Still praying pa din to be blessed financially para din sa mga needs and to be a blessing sa mga taong nakapaligid sa atin ! AJA ! more power mga Tita !!!!
I super love this content. Di ako nawawalan ng pag-asa na one day I have enough savings and investments. I am a resigned public school teacher. Pero i am building my freelancing journey which made my cash flow better.
My 1st ever credit card and still up to now is BPI. 🥰 My 1st credit limit was 25K and now it increased to 6-digit limit. 😁 I still need to manage my finance. Having enough savings is one of my goals. Thanks for sharing your story! 😊
Thank You for sharing your experience❤I Love BPI it’s my first ATM and CC for a year and counting na.Take note hindi ako nag apply ng CC ha pero dahil sa maganda performance ng savings ko sa bank si BPI na mismo nag offer sa akin grinab ko opportunity kasi di madali maaprove sa CC pag mag aaply.Malaking tulong si CC sa kin till now I’m responsibly using it 💕
I’m so proud of you Ms Thea!!! Manifesting to have my own properties soon. Thank you for the guidance and teata talks!!! More of this please!!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
I really loved your wisdom and to share it to us. Im financially struggling right now but i know god will provide and help me to this problem, caused problems always have a solution you need to make a move den.
Hi Miss Thea. Do you have a video about fixing credit score/history? I'm now just trying to fix some bad financial decisions and I'm binge watching your videos and learn.
Super love this raw content, just you sharing your real life story. Thank you sobra, Miss Thea. Also, if you can do a vlog abt how to properly do our taxes as freelancers (I work from home as a Closer for companies based in US/Canada, and since then, I was just receiving money thru Wise/Paypal not sure po how to do my taxes) that'd be super helpful po. Salamat!!!!
Thanks for sharing, Thea! I followed you since 2019 because I had a similar financial problem that time, which I can only share to my partner. I have also cleaned up my mistakes and built a better financial plan, and you have influenced me a lot!
Yess! May pag-asa. It starts with acknowledging your current situation and believing in yourself that you can do something about it. Of course kailangan ng discipline, will power and action.
Thank you Thea for sharing these very helpful personal experiences and insights. Even tho hindi ko pa nafifigure out yung life ko at 23, I know I can always look back to your videos like this to inspire me and teach me valuable lessons 💗
It’s a huge lesson for me recently not to trust friends with money. I cut that person off because he’s a “taker”. Never trust people even the closest ones to you with your own money. Keep your money to yourself. #hardlesson
Hi Thea I really enjoy your vlogs, been watching it since 2018 pa pero ngayon lang ako nakapag comment haha ☺ Actually ikaw yung tao na kahit matanggal sayo yung material possessions mo and mawala yun lahat, I'm sure didiskarte ka and rebuild yourself again. You are an inspiration to our generation!
Hi Ms. Thea can you do a vlog about dollar account how to open an account and anong bank mairerecommend mo? pros and cons of having a dollar account. Thank youuu!! I trust you po when it comes to finances. vlogs mo po pinapanuod ko lage
You're such an inspiration, Ms. Thea. 😊🙏🏻
Thank you for your story ms. thea! Nakarelate ako even with your struggles as currently nsa self improvement stage pa lng din ako. Thank you. Btw, baka pede sa nxt content mo din topic on mga how to claim ung bpi points or convert and use ung airmiles for free flights. Hehe. Thanks! More power and God bless to you ka-teata! 😊
As someone who's finally wanting to own up to my imaginary savings & convert it to reality, THIS IS MY RESEARCH. THANK YOUUU SO VERYYY MUCH for being on youtube and being thorough with all of us on here. 🔥🔥🔥💌💌💌
I'm paying million of debts because of my business financial stupidity. I have so many mistakes, pero hopefully once I'm done, I will be better with finances.
Thank you so much for sharing this Ms. Thea! ❤️ Had to go through the same thing na may mga pinautang akong people back in 2020, actually until last year 2022. I also felt the shame sa sarili ko na dapat I should have known better back then lalo na hindi pa naman ganun kalaki ang savings ko. So to this day na di pa rin nila ako bayad, iniisip ko nalang na charge to experience yung nangyari and those people na nangutang really needed that money for emergency. But now I learned my lesson and I'm looking forward to saving more this 2023 😊
Nakakainis no pag hindi ka binayaran, but their finances is really out of our control. Okay din na isipin na charge to experience yung nangyari, kahit ang laki ng nawala sa atin, kasi by doing so, we can start focusing on the things we can do & within our control. Claim natin yang more savings for 2023!
I don't have any savings yet but you inspired me a lot. Hoping to be financially literate and to have financial freedom after 3 years. Di pa siya attainable for now, pero soon. Sana.
Thank you so much for diz 🙏🙏🙏 it gives me hope 🙏❤️❤️❤️
Lovette!! Ang laki ng credit limit mo at 19!! Continue taking care of your credit score para when the time comes & you need to take out a loan for your property/business, you can negotiate the interest rate! Also, thank you so much for watching the videos.
Thank you for watching the premiere with us!! Sana makatulong tong content sa mga currently struggling in life, finances particularly. Super helpful this video, Ms Thea especially with the high inflation we're dealing right now 😊
an inspiration indeed!
It’s a huge lesson for me recently not to trust friends with money. I cut that person off because he’s a “taker”. Never trust people even the closest ones to you with your own money. Keep your money to yourself. #hardlesson
Also I almost thought of taking out a car loan so that this person can have a commute for work. But damn, dodged a freakin’ bullet. #hardlessonearned
so inspiring. as always. thank you for sharing!
I AM IN MY HUGE FINANCIAL TRIAL RIGHT NOW, THANK YOU FOR THE POSITIVE LESSONS 🥺
Thanks for sharing your story!❤
Hi Thea I really enjoy your vlogs, been watching it since 2018 pa pero ngayon lang ako nakapag comment haha ☺ Actually ikaw yung tao na kahit matanggal sayo yung material possessions mo and mawala yun lahat, I'm sure didiskarte ka and rebuild yourself again. You are an inspiration to our generation!
Thank you Terence!!
Ang ganda ng life lessons in this video, Thea! Thank you for sharing your experience. 🥹

You're such an inspiration, Ms. Thea.
Let's claim na maachieve ang first million soon!!! Once you've worked on a strong solid foundation, darating rin yung time to invest in properties ♥️

Thank you for sharing your journey 🙏
Thea, I needed to hear these. Thank you!
Galing!! Proud of you sis!! 💕
Love this! More more podcast style vids, ang interesting 🫶🏻
More tita talks to come!
Hahaha! New learnings again. Thank you! 😁
So helpful. As always 🙌
Same here, tita! Started from almost zero at age 27 huuu. Now slowly building up a nice foundation. More power, Tita Thea!
Slowly but surely! Compounding ang result ng good financial decisions, so eventually it would be a lot easier for you ♥️
I don't have any savings yet but you inspired me a lot. Hoping to be financially literate and to have financial freedom after 3 years. Di pa siya attainable for now, pero soon. Sana.

Lovette!! Ang laki ng credit limit mo at 19!! Continue taking care of your credit score para when the time comes & you need to take out a loan for your property/business, you can negotiate the interest rate!
Also, thank you so much for watching the videos.
