Originally telecast on June 5, 1955.The opening and closing title music was originally used as the theme {by Ralph Stanley} for a 1948 movie, "Let's Live Again".
Thanks. Joan Blondell was a survivor, and a treasure. The girl at the start reminds me of Tim Considine - wonder if they were related.
Connely and Mosher also wrote for Amos 'n' Andy and Leave it to Beaver. This episode is pretty good, don't know why it wasn't picked up by a network!
Agreed!
Connelly and Mosher also wrote for the original MUNSTERS tv series.
They were already involved in producing and writing Ray Milland's "MEET MR. McNUTLEY" (later "THE RAY MILLAND SHOW") at the time.
I love your intro so much. Please, don't ever change it?
Thank you! So glad you like it...✨
I'll always like Joan blonde d.w.

Love Joan Blondell but this pilot was never going to make it.
What 16mm scanner do you use?
This particular upload is from a Rank Cintel ADS-2.
Love Ellen Corby...Miss Blondell? Not so much.
