@@bummbummist3607 Jewelry Store or Ukrainian Job (technically the same heist with minor differences) is a great heist for teaching stealth, you can also rush it if you get handy with it - and his heists are optional for stealth, which means they are in stealth by default but trigger Loud if you fail to be stealthy - you can do both however, Bain's pretty forgiving ;) - make sure to go into the contract manager and filter by Contractor, then Bain - to see the missions he offers (that's where you can also see stealth-only and loud-only as well as optional heists, and other filters!)
I'd love to see Duke become a contractor. As the owner of a museum and with high interest in valuable items of history he would be perfect for heists that are similiar to: Shacklethorne auction, The Diamond, Art Gallery, Beneath the Mountain or maybe even Shadow Raid.
Idk, Beneath the mountain is a Giant Military base. I don't think a character like Duke would be like "Ok people, let's hit this military base, Fast and Loud"

I never watched Breaking Bad, so when I saw an out of context clip I instead thought, "Holy shit is that the Dentist?!" I feel kind of silly now that I think about it lmao
Imagine if Hector had the Cloaker moveset (tweaked of course as to not incapacitate all 4 members instantly) but like with cooldown in between and of course stopping with his takedown animation after like 3 seconds
I can absolutely see in a cinematic version of that heist a scene of Hoxton and Hector having a hand to hand fight whilst the rest of the gang is fending off police.
Bain'll always be my favorite. He just sounds so happy to be there and genuinely proud of the gang,especially in the dialogue for the last day of FF and Election Day.
R.I.P To Butchers actor Mira Furlan. She was amazing inside and outside the payday 2 universe. Despite being 9th on the list, she shows that even the lowest on the list can be so great!
Well Houston got a bar where people of crime meet so he could be like a contractor and bringing people from outside. There's obviously going to be new people. Locke might stay and so might the elephant but not sure about those. Vlad probably will stay because he doesn't have anything better to do.
The Dentist is great. His role (and fate) is similar to that of his role (and fate) in Breaking Bad. He starts out as an ally of the main characters, but ends up as an enemy who meets an untimely death at the hands of the protagonists.
My favourite is totally vlad, bain, and locke. They're funny vlad to locke: hey hey hey LOCKY!! Bain when I mass murder civilan: YOU THINK THEY LET YOU GO WITH ALL THAT INNOCENT BLOOD ON YOUR HANDS!!
I could honestly see Vlad taking over Bain's position in the Payday gang simply due to his popularity and the fact he has some of the most fun heists in the game. Also you can tell that Ilia Volok who plays him thouroughly enjoys the role since Vlad is such a very wild and out there kind of playful character...well at least as playful as a criminal can get.
Kinda surprised that Gage himself isn't a contractor, given that he basically supplies the crew with all of their weapons; the only time he's mentioned as part of a heist is during Shadow Raid, and even then, he went through Bain. I feel like if Gage had contracts for the crew, they'd prolly be along the same lines as Train Heist: stealing prototype weaponry/ammo (either from GenSec or Murkywater) to sell on the black market.
As you were updating old builds, can you update your begginer's build as the old one is a bit outdated and my friend isn't so good at playing Payday 2.
RIP Mira Furlan (The Butcher) Died less than a month after this video aired. Guess her "this concludes our business gentlemen" line was quite prescient.
Maybe, since Jimmy only has one contract, there could be an umbrella contractor for heists proposed by other heisters. Hoxton Revenge would certainly fit as one, since the whole point behind that is Hoxton leading the crew to find and take out the rat.
My top 3 3. Vlad for the ‘Ukrainian Job’ one of my favourite heists because stealthing it with the aced lock picking skill is very satisfying, even if it gets loud the rooms are easy to funnel the cops in while just needing to really worry about the drills jamming and keeping an eye on the vents for cloakers 2. Bain for his simple jobs that ALSO help you get into the requirements for mastering stealth, and knowing where the escape points and bag ‘drop zones’ are ensure that you can quickly complete the heist no matter how it goes. 1. The Dentist for having ‘Hoxton’s Breakout’ one of the best missions/jobs I’ve ever played in a video game....... and a ‘bit’ of bias because it’s Giancarlo Esposito.
Vlad is my favorite just due to 1. Meltdown and Stealing Christmas being by far my most played heists, and 2. His voice lines during Stealing Christmas, Santa's Workshop, Aftershock, etc. are just fantastic.
I like The Butcher, because she has one of most epic music "Meat and machine guns" and Dragan's melee, yet her heists are kinda meh. Vlad isn't favourite for me, but still I like him at some point. I am Russian too and he acts pretty much as the casual one. His heists are entertaining for me, such as goat simulator, I like goats. And stealing "Something" is pretty extended vroom vroom of carshop escaping stage. Bain...nothin special, just pure classic. The dentist is ashamed by me, if you understand why. His heists are decent though. The Elephant has some good heists to play, but as the person...too boring.
I’d put The Elephant in the last place because i hate the heists he gives and the reasons behind them. I don’t want to be involved in his politics crap. After him, Hector. Simply because he’s the rat who plays the cool Italian mafia. Put Bain in the first place for obvious reasons. Then place others depending on various stuff.

I wish the Butcher had more lines and story in payday 2. Hopefully she, and all the other current contractors (living ones at least) return in the sequel. Maybe Hector's missions can live on in spirit with his sister in Juliana (the girl Bonnie interrogated before joining the crew). My personal favorites are The Elephant for his voice acting, Hector for his heists, and Locke for being... well Locke!

I wish the Butcher had more lines and story in payday 2. Hopefully she, and all the other current contractors (living ones at least) return in the sequel. Maybe Hector's missions can live on in spirit with his sister in Juliana (the girl Bonnie interrogated before joining the crew).
My personal favorites are The Elephant for his voice acting, Hector for his heists, and Locke for being... well Locke!

Every time I watch the dentist two things get me every time. Canonically the dentist just randomly says "preplanning" no sentence around it just randomly says the word. Secondly they made respectable actor Gian Carlos Esposito say that payday too pun.
