About a year ago, I was at my absolute worst. Injured in so many ways. Autoimmune stuff, to boot. I studied everything of yours I could study. I have scraped and clawed my way back to something resembling my old self, but in many ways, a newer, more resilient self. I owe a lot to you and I will always support you and your new endeavors. I appreciate the pride you have in your work, keep at it.
Bought the book and I’m reading through it now. In the last year and half, I’ve had two knee surgeries (torn meniscus) and both shoulders (torn rotator cuffs). I’m hoping the knowledge gained will help me loosen my hamstrings. I started karate on my 51st birthday (54 now) and I need to be more flexible.
Wow. Impressive. I’ve owned the book Supple Leopard but never did more than peruse it lightly. Gave the hard copy away. Bought another one on kindle and still didn’t read it. Have had 6 ortho surgeries in the past 3 years. All the gym work has not made me supple. I’m so done! I opened the book yesterday and started reading it from the beginning page by page. I could kick myself that I didn’t dive in so much sooner. But when the student is ready the teacher appears. I’m buying the new book.
Love this! Thanks Kelly and Juliet. Thanks for StandUpKids! I taught myself some simple movements back in my 20s, when I had a typical back problem. I still do the same ones 30 years on, any time I don't feel like I'm moving well. Keep going please!
Thank you for bringing this book a large part of the world that continues to become more sedentary with increased technology! I help people WFH to become ergonomically fit and your Deskbound book is my go to for its valuable content for the wellness of my clients! Looking forward to the simplicity but I'm sure well researched content of your new book!
Becoming supple leopard was absolutely amazing! but it was overwhelming for normal dudes like me. i feel that (Built to move) is more noobs friendly and i like that ^_^
Just learned of this via Alane Freund, MS, MA via her newsletter for HSP’s. The trailer/teaser made me kind of emotional. (What can I say? HSP. 👋. Lol) Ordered the book and looking forward to diving into this. 🙏🏼

Don't understand directions for hamstring mobilization in the book
Hehehe....How hard was it for Kelly to say that the book includes "stretches"? 🤣🤔
