Yeah sometimes, it’s normal. It didn’t last for that long though so anything that’s extended abnormally (days long) would be a sign to be careful. I lost a lot of weight around 50 pounds fasting for a couple of months consistently. Usually the heart rate is a result of lack of food and nothing more.
